I Have a membership and have been waiting over 4 hours for roadside assistance, The only updates I have received is to tell me there isn’t even a driver assigned yet. Thankfully I am in a secure location, howvefe if I were stranded I would be sleeping in my car tonight. I cannot express the level of disappointment I have in the customer service. I have not been able to speak to a real person and when I called back to check on my request I was told to hang up. This has been a horrible experience and I have not been valued as a customer.
