I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Capital One. I experienced nearly the same issue as another reviewer: my card or check was sent to the wrong address, even though I clearly and repeatedly confirmed the correct information. I spoke with 3–4 different agents, and each one gave me conflicting or incorrect information. It wasn’t until the fourth agent that I finally learned the check had been returned to Capital One and would be refunded as a credit. Now, I’m being told to wait another week just to see that refund reflected.It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication and accountability—especially when the delays are entirely due to internal errors. This experience makes me seriously question whether I want to continue using Capital One at all. I expected better from a company of this size.
