Purchased a dell laptop - laptop less than 1 year oldCalled support Someone in India ran a report (I was on the phone for more than 1 hour)Informed me that hardware was fine but software was bad (I purchased the software from Dell)I hired our business computer tech and within 2 minutes told me the hard drive was bad. I paid him $155 to install new hard drive.I called Dell to get my Microsoft Office reinstalled - they refused unless I paid them to doDo not buy a dell computer - they are not honest or have any intention of honoring their equipmentI still have the old hard drive that Dell sold meElaine
