The company claims to have canceled my package, yet I never received it. Upon inquiring with my bank, I was informed that a charge had been made two months prior, but I never received the product. When I reached out to Etsy, they insisted that no charge was made, and my bank informed me that since more than 60 days have passed, I cannot dispute the transaction. My vendor indicated that the delivery would take 60 days due to being international, but after that period, her account was closed without any refund. I advise against making any purchases from Etsy.
