Item lost in post so contacted seller. Etsy allegedly refunded the cost to my account £89.99 on 18th December. Nothing received by my bank, Etsy claim to have completed return but there have been no monies received. Made one last try with both parties today but negative result.Both Bank and Etsy have basically told me each cannot do any more so totally lost out. Will not use again.
