DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! Support is non-existent, you have to email someone hoping they get back to you within 24 hours (the shortest time period of response)- and when they do they send me links to the 'self help' pages that I have already looked at. I have opened 11 tickets within the last two months and not one has been sufficiently resolved.The features they sell as benefits to subscribers do not work they way they should. For instance - I sent some test emails to myself, and before I had even opened my test email I got 3 notifications to say that I had opened the email - so when you're contacted a lead that you think has opened your email several times - there is no guarantee!When you send an email to a contact directly from HubSpot - the receiving server cannot verify that it's actually sent from your email address - I also established this from testing myself. This means that half of the emils did not reach their destination due to security - if you do go through the recipient server - in all likelihood you're going straight to spam - as confirmed by my clients.So - send an external mail shot? No no no. As I've been informed this morning by 'support' Hubspot is not compatible with external mail merge applications so don't even try. So - pay for this service and it's 'benefits' and you'll find yourself short changed.
