STAY AWAY!!!!! Purchased an All In One for Zoom meetings and work. 3 weeks later got the dreaded "Blue Screen Of Death" during a windows 10 update.Did the prompted fixes to no avail so was advised by customer service to send the unit to TX for repair on 5-29-20. Unit arrived June 2. I have made so many calls that I have lost count. Repair status vis website was not undated for 3 weeks and still just shows that they have received but NOTHING else.Each time I call I am told "I will send this to supervisor and you will get an email or some say an actual call. Neither happens, of course. They are holding me hostage as I cannot work from home, Horrible, untruthful customer service reps. So.... disappointed. Be aware, if your product defaults you too will be in the vortex of Lenovo's repair nightmare
