I just wanted to speak about the customer service in the Burbank Macy’s store. The cashier that helped me was so considerate and kind. She was patient with my transaction and answered all my questions. This is the first time that I was not rushed and felt that my concerns were completely taken care of. Her name was Manal. I wish all the Macy’s employees were this knowledgeable about the Macy’s products.
