Terrible customer service! We have used mailchimp without incident for years. But the minute something goes awry, they are useless. I have existed in a gordian customer service limbo for weeks now, trying to get help to bulk unsubscribe contacts, after a faulty update resubscribed thousands of customers. Nobody has been able to help me, and now that I found the solution myself, it is so ridiculously simple that, frankly, I just wanna switch platform here and now. That noone in customer service could guide me to that 5 second solution to our problem, is infuriating. One of your customer service reps even told me to send out a new campaign and apologize at the end, to have them unsub again, which could potentially land us in a world of trouble, being GDPR non-compliant and all. This experience has been ridiculous.
