Support is absolutely disgusting. I bought Red Dead Online as a separate add-on because I didn't want to pay the monthly fee. Once I paid for it, I was unable to download it as it's incompatible with the disc version. Had to wait all weekend to even speak to an advisor who then informs me that they can't process a refund for a DIGITAL ADD-ON without me providing the receipt for a game I bought on Ebay years ago, and a picture of both the disc and the case. I couldn't even find the case or my receipt because it's been that long. I now have to contact my bank about this blatant disregard for consumer rights, making me waste hours of my life for something that should have been sorted immediately. I have spent hundreds on the store and never asked for a refund before. It's disgusting how they treat people
