This is genuinely the worst support I've ever seen. They sent me an email saying that someone had changed my sign-in account name, with a link to support if it wasn't me who did it. It wasn't me so I clicked the link and after navigating through a few pages found the option to 'live chat' to an agent. It then said 'agent available' so I click to talk to them and I get 'agent now unavailable'. This happened four times so i tried ringing them instead. I was on hold for about 20 minutes until my phone started to ring again as if I was calling someone, this went on for another 20 minutes until the phone disconnected. What hell was even the point of emailing me, absolutely disgusting customer service.
