Awful customer service. It's been two days since I was offered a refund and no response. Teachable used to be great but are unreliable now.I can add that I got my refund now but I still am unhappy with the lack of helpful customer service, too long wait times, and rising prices. I have chosen to stop my subscription for these reasons. This is very cumbersome for my business as I have many students signed up and lots of videos etc., but I don't trust that I can get the support I need on time and therefore don't want to continue to pay a high monthly fee.
