Today I was travelling from Warren Street Station London Underground and I came across with one of the brilliant staff Mr. Sal the service which he provided me was more than excellent customer service. He were very helpful and answered all my questions inquiries regarding travel and travel pass. Mr. Sal he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction my journey plan I would say London Underground train their staff To give 5 Star service to their passengers. I would say Mr. Sal as a staff he should be in a high position as a supervisor are manager because he deserves the best outcome of the service which he give to his passengers. Thanks TLF
