I can only echo the other people here. Worst return/exchange policy. I had the original receipt and a shirt that my partner bought for me as a gift. I just wanted to get a different size and they refused because the shirt didn’t have the original tag. Why would someone keep the tag on a gift? Uniqlo, really disappointed, you should honestly make some changes.
