Received the incorrect item they sent me back at their warehouse and 1 I didn’t want. Tracked all the way but refusing to refund or send correct item. No humans just chat bots with the odd email that comes straight to my junk saying they want me to prove it was received when they have shown on tracking the parcel was received. This is theft.

I havent had the greatest experiences with their services. They disabled my previous account claiming it did not meet their "community standards" while people have multi pseudo accounts on their platform. I didnt even use their service everyday, all day long, just for work. I was interacting with people , even gave them my real photo, phone number, email, and address. But apparently , Im the one not following their rules. They wouldnt even let me create a new account so I can do my work related posts. Every new account i create goes to an appeals process and then they disable it. What a load of horses*** , what happened to this platform?

Customer service is terrible more then 1 hour on hold, no response, the pnc merchant sold me a cash register that was huge, it didn't fit anywhere, immediately I called Micheal Mullins to return it, he said he will call me back.i tried calling literally every day and was told by clover that i had to talk to Micheal, well guess what he was never available. It's been almost 2 weeks now I finally got a call back from Micheal and he now says that I need to pay for the shipping and $30 restocking fee, for an item I didn't get any specifications on and item that was never used. Don't buy from clover. Terrible experience. Would never recommend.

Calendly is industry leader for a reason. It's all around solid as hell. That being said, I'm migrating to Fillout at the end of this billing cycle: their flat-fee beats the ever-loving hell out of the per-seat billing I'm paying at Calendly right now.

I'm unable to log in to my account, yet I'm still being charged for a subscription. Can't cancel the subscription because I can't log in to my account. Have asked for my account to be activated again, was told twice it had been reactivated (it hadn't) Support now totally unresponsive. I mean, this is theft... right?

Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe from the newsletter of one of your customers, and after submitting multiple support tickets to report this issue, escalating the matter to the Compliance Team as well as the Customer Advocacy team, I continue to receive emails from one of your customers. This persists even after one email exchange, in which I was assured that my data would be removed from your databases. At no point have I re-subscribed to this mailing list.I am now compelled to question how this matter is being handled in compliance with the GDPR.

I called the first phone number and got a recording to call another number. I called the other number and got a recording that due to covid they can't answer the phone. Really, this covid is magic (sarcasm). Recording said to go to website. I went to the website. Had a conversation on chat with a bot. It ended with the bot telling me to come back later to speak to a person. I went back to the chat a few hours later and the bot told me to go to the support link. I did that. Apparently, I have to put in all my information to get to log in and request help from support. I filled out the info, but it kicked me off because it didn't recognize my ip address. This is all because I found my name and address associated with a fictious company and it needs to be removed. Someone else put that info up there. I don't know who. Do not trust this company. They distribute false information and do not correct it. I think this company is run by bots. I never was able to contact a human. This is my experience.
