I am very disappointed. I setup a website with jimdo back in 2018/19. When It was time to renew they put a block on the account and gave me time to cancel so I did. To my surprise I received an email in June 2022 from a collection agency called Pair finance saying I owe £200. I immediately contacted Jimdo directly via email as there was no phone number. It has been around 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard from them. What kind of world is it that we live in that company’s feel they can bill you for a service 3 years after for something you didn’t even use? Please answer your emails and let’s get this sorted!

I used Hootsuite for 8 years. Now all of the sudden I got a raise from 55$ to 300$ Now, whenever you want to contact them, they put one of these automated chat and keep you in a loop and never reply properly. I put a claim on Paypal and they never replied!!!This is how you lose customers, and no matter how long you've used them, they don't care about you.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Zero accountability for anything sold on their platform and customer service is pathetic; blame everyone one else and just put the phone down. Do not use - worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience.

I am disappointed. Disappointed by the fact that this news company isn't news. This company is a company to basically brainwash people into believing there beliefs. I'm not mad at the fact there mostly support biden. I'm mad at the fact there only showing one side. A news company job is to show all of the news. I don't care that your in favor of biden. Just do your job and show the whole truth not just bits and pieces. There are some people out there that take this as their gospel. There going out and rioting or hurting other people. Their hurting or even killing cops. Just because your saying their are horible people. Their also burning down people's tractors and combines which usually costs more than their house. Ruining there lives forever. Just because they support trump and that's probly the only thing they did. They need to take their job more seriously or they we leed this country down a path of fire and pain. Heck even if they mostly supported trump I'd say the exact same thing. They need to shape up.

I had a Best Buy "Specialist" come to my home to suggest a new TV. John T came over and reviewed what I had and emailed suggestions. Fast forward, John T suggested a Samsung and also a Yamaha receiver. I also paid for them to install it all. The problem started from day one. The units do not communicate to one another. They came back but eventually I had to totally remove the receiver for the TV to work. I wanted to return the unit but Best Buy delays brought me outside their return window. I am now stuck with a large paperweight. The date of experience is approximate

1. No way to reach a human for Customer (Dis)Service.2. MORE IMPORTANTLY: BEWARE!! Huge loss of personal financial confidentiality. When I sent money to an individual I discovered that, by selecting that person's name, I could see EVERY financial transaction that that person made. In addition, when others sent money to this same person, by selecting the other person's name, I could see ALL THEIR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. THIS IS A HUGE INVASION OF PRIVACY.

Recently purchased goods for £902 which were faulty, Amex refused to reimburse because the retailer used a payment aggregator (STRIPE) which I was unaware of, so Amex advised that the use of an aggregator broke the chain between retailer, Amex and me! Lost 992 and gave the sofa to charity. Amex treated me like it was my fault, awful customer, have forwarded details to the Financial Ombudsman but don’t hold out much hope of this changing, it feels like I’ve been scammed by Amex
