Review of coursera
Peer grading is just such a bad idea from a learners perspective. The reason you go to school to become a teacher is so you know how to review and grade your students work in a fair and professional manner. When you leave this task up to the learners it becomes a real mess. As peoples reviewing skills vary widely. It's like asking someone to drive a car without a license. You just cannot predict the outcome. Because you have no idea what their past experience is. That's just crazy. And I would not trust them behind the wheel. There is a real fear in the course that work will not even be graded at all. Peer grading is just a way for the course to be a self sufficient money spinner. It's no way to educate people. And it's not good value for money. (e.g. I paid almost $1,000 for my course) And I may fail because a stranger decided they don't like me or my work. Or they just could not be bothered scoring my work. Even though I would easily pass from a real teachers point of view. On the plus side people can pass easily with minimum effort. If their peer reviewer is too kind. It's the luck of the draw. Here in the wild west. It's an extremely lazy and money grubbing way to do things. Sorry to tell you. But you fail Cousera. For not turning up to class. I am not a professional reviewer or educator. So this review may be unfair. Just like the ones in your courses.PS. Thanks Trustpilot for spreading the word.PPS. Finished the course. While peer reviewing the final assignment. I noticed 2 students cheating. They simply linked to another student's website and said it was their own. I flagged these people to Coursera. But if I spotted it so easily. How much of this behaviour is really going on across the whole system? It's pretty disturbing to think about.
Review of cnet
This used to be a good site to get clean programs downloaded to your PC from, but i went on Cnet recently and after downloading a simple anti virus program, i got several unwanted and rooted programs, which meant i had to restore my pc back to factory settings, as these were not the usual malware, as a dated reset would not work, so had to reinstall everything.
NOT happy with Cnet
Review of WordPress
I had some sort of difficult requests and work to be done on my web site. WordPress provided me great customer service. The staff handled my issues and were prompt in all their actions that benefitted my business.
Review of WordPress
While I appreciate the platform, I wish they could make the editor fully compatible with Office 365 products. Most of my time, I spend most of my time editing the copying and pasting errors. Tables are next to impossible to fix unless you know HTML.
Review of vrbo
About 2 months ago made booking through VRBO for 14 day stay in mid March for 3 adults in Madrid. 5 minutes after arriving I contacted owner/prop manager through VRBO platform that I was terrified to stay there as it seemed like underground fire-trap. After multiple messages, owner finally responded, Too bad. Finally, 24 hours later, I managed to find phone contact for VRBO (not listed on their app) and they said, reading the listing actually that it did mention it was underground. When I said I couldn’t believe this was a permitted rental, and wanted to have confirmation of any documentation that this was legal unit, VRBO agent said it wasn’t their problem to know or ensure whether it was legal - I have a hard time believing that- “Talk to prop manager about it.” VRBO neither helped me find another place or get any kind of refund. After 2 days frantically on phone, and not being able to find any place to accommodate our party at last minute for entire stay, I eventually had to leave the city. $3500 to VRBO (plus another $1000 for alternative accommodations for 2 days…plus air tickets!) I feel duped, scammed, and broke. Last time I use that platform!

Review of depositphotos
I only require a few photos a month, maybe four, for my small business. Now, they're saying I have to pay more to use them??? Why else would I even need photos if I didn't have a small business website? I have asked for a refund; we'll see how they respond. Also, they send far too many emails.

I actually wasn't planning to get a yearly subscription. but when i asked customer service about a monthly sub, i think someone named Tori answered? And while she gave me instructions on where to go, she also highlighted that the discount was a really good deal. I know it's just prolly upsell talk, but she was polite and encouraging. also helpful, so i ended up getting the yearly subscription instead.

Review of Shopify
I just placed an order with an online retailer I hadn't used before and got sucked into Shop Pay before I realized what was happening. ALL of my contact and credit card info appeared and I didn't know how they got it. I have never even heard of Shopify before this experience and do not have an account, so cannot log in and deactivate it.Was seriously creeped out and have spent over an hour this morning trying to find out what Shop Pay is, how it got my info and how to delete it. I finally found a link on a social media site and used it to stop Shop Pay from butting into future transactions and storing my info.As a customer to any online business considering Shopify: If I ever see this option again I will immediately abort any purchase. Apparently if you offer it as a checkout option and I do not opt out at that time, my info is collected and used for any future business that has Shopify. I don't know the legalities, but personally I consider this fraudulent.
Review of mercari
The seller sent an item in a box that looks very similar to the item I wanted and unfortunately, I rated the seller and once they are rated you lose all rights to return the item and no ability to change the rating. Mercari protects the sellers and no rights to buyers. DO NOT BUY from Mercari, buyer be aware if you receive the wrong items you cannot return it

Review of webmd
I tried using their tool where you can upload your vaccine records manually. It worked, I put in my vaccine history, but then later when I tried to access it in my account, it just kept directing me to their general page on vaccinating children. They don't have a customer service phone number, and they ignored my emails and messages on social media. Terrible company - don't trust them with your information. You really get what you pay for with this company.
Review of vagaro
I had so many glitches with Vagaro, so many times payments wouldn’t go through and I would have to call clients after their service to charge them. But the worst part was when I decided to switch back to my previous software. I paid the fee (which is a month upfront) and canceled my subscription right after that payment so I wouldn’t be charged another monthEven though I paid for the entire month, when you cancel they take your access away to EVERYTHING. I have never experienced this with another booking app, especially since this one is so expensive. I needed to see my reports for sales tax so when I reactivated it they charged me monthly fee. Not the base price, all the add on and everything!!! So essentially I was paying for the same month TWICE. They also have refused to refund me for this. Which is absurd. Terrible customer service, all they care about is money and charge for literally every single feature. I do not recommend, acuity is way cheaper and even offers a free version so when you cancel you can actually still have access to your reports
