"Effortless email and calendar" is what it says on the screen when I type in hotmail.com. I've never succeeded in getting to the site being described there and I would like to know how. Instead, over the past several months, once I sign in, I get sent to this very frustrating and confusing site that is almost impossible to use, with the url "outlook live com owa" (pretend there are periods in the spaces). Yes, I know it's not hotmail any more. And yet I have had an address ending in hotmail.com since I got my first email address in 2001. Actually, there is a simpler to use site that I can get to by typing in hotmail.com, but it was only at this one library, and I had to use Internet Explorer (but they upgraded and that simple to use site was lost). That's not really a problem, but at every other library, even Internet Explorer sends me to the other frustrating site.So what is wrong with hotmail? Pretty much everything. At least a couple of months ago I could still see a simple list of emails I received recently. With Internet Explorer at the one library, I still can. I can even respond to emails there, many of which I send to myself, and the replies are plain text. Years ago I got in the habit of sending myself large amounts of text to print out using hotmail. Some of the other services would put a lot of blank space on the right. That wastes paper and money. But I eventually found I couldn't use plain text and had to convert everything to plain text first. If I ever forgot, disaster. Now, of course, replying is not a simple matter if I can't access that simple to use site. And in addition to having to figure out where "reply" is (it's not a word, and I had to remember how Gmail does it), I have to find the email itself. You see, there are no longer "emails". There are "conversations". So the email is not there when I click. It is "somewhere" in a long list of them. Not a list of where to click to find an email. In a long list consisting of the entire very long text. And don't think that will get any easier later. Once I reply, the very long email I sent myself is right there and I have to scroll through it to find what I replied to. Oh, and what I replied to, regardless of how long it is, is also there. If I'm at any other library other than the one where things work, that can make the computer freeze. Which is also likely if I forget to change what I am copying to plain text.So why continue to deal with all this? I'm starting to wonder.

One of the worst service experiences ever! It is unbelievable to see an organization that is responsible for taxes of the biggest economy in the world is in such shambles. They mailed me a penalty dated back to 2016 and for a penalty dated back to 2018 which I have already paid. I waited for an hour to talk to someone on their support line and when the call connected, I could not hear the other person on the line. They need to create a proper process to provide support or outsource this department completely to a responsible party. They keep sending penalties and charging interest but there is no one to talk to from the IRS!

Been on the platform for years and even stuck with them when they hiked up the costs to take a percentage of your turnover. Sadly its the last straw and time for us to move. They do make a lot changes to their platform and don't pre-warn you about the effects it will have on your website. For some bizarre reason, they deleted large parts of our style sheets that have been fine for nearly 10 years. When called support they said they don't support this type of request and we need to fix ourselves.I really don't need to be wasting time and money on this.

I order 3 books on 08/31/2021 including: "The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology", "The Bethesda System for Reporting Cervical Cytology", and "The Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology". I was expected to receive these books on 09/09/2021 which was no problem at all. I received an email on 09/08/2021 saying that my books would be delayed by a day so I would receive them on 09/10/2021, again no problem at all. I did not receive my books on the provided date (09/10/2021) and also noticed that on the Barnes & Noble website my order status said "Preparing to ship" on the date that I was supposed to receive the books. With that in mind, I contacted customer support on 09/11/2021 and was told that there were a lot of delays in the warehouse and that my order should be shipped soon, no other information was provided. On 09/16/2021 I received another email saying that my books had been delayed again and the new expected delivery date was on or around 09/20/2021. So with much frustration, I continued to wait and try to be patient. Then 09/20/2021 rolls around and I receive an email at 12:18 pm stating "We're sorry, we were unable to fulfill the below item(s) in your order, as they are not in stock." I am beyond the point of frustration because I feel that my books not being in stock was most likely known the first time my order was delayed. I was very excited to receive these books as they are a major tool for the career that I am pursuing, and it's very disappointing to wait for almost a month just to have my order canceled.

Account got locked and spent almost two hours trying to reset my password, old phone number attached to account, support basically told me I'm out of luck and have to make a new account, meaning i have to repurchase all of the games and everything bought from them.

The website does not provide any transparency rendering it useless. So many phoney reviews are posted by HR and management which skew the overall scores, and these are not removed even when reported. Do not trust the glowing reviews you may read there, as they may well be fake.

Would like to give a negative review. Had 2 pairs of crocs on order for 4 days, only after they were shipped was I informed that one pair had been cancelled with no explanation. Total con of a company. DO NOT USE. UPDATE... I have been charged for 2 pairs of Crocs, even though the invoice shows that only 1 pair has been sent and charged for. Been in touch with Customer Services, as yet, NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND. Make of that what you will. If you check the site itself, looks like they are running stocks down and not getting anymore.

If I could I would give 0 points. The worst service I have ever seen.They send me half the product and tell me that I have to return the already received part to the store. which I do.. After that, I receive the other half, but I have already returned the first. To which I received an answer at first that they didn't know anything about my first complaint, but then just say sorry, return the second part and we'll refund you. Do you really think I have nothing to do but run around YOUR stores?And YOUR employees are idi*ts who do not know what they are talking about and what the warehouse actually does
