Review of guitarcenter
I called guitar center in Amarillo a month ago and asked for these lessons to be canceled. I was told that they closed the account. Today I received an email saying that I was charged again. The fact that there is no warning that a payment will be applied until it’s actually applied is a rip off. I will definitely discourage people from signing up. My instructor is great and I have nothing against it. We just can’t afford more lessons at this time and that should be ok. Very disappointed in Guitar Center.

I ordered an item that was on sale but, Nordstrom had a similar pair at a similar price so I didn't think that the price would be an issue or indicator of any hinky business. With DSW in the name I wasn't concerned at all.After the purchase the charge was immediately taken out of account. I didn't receive an email of confirmation after a day and I checked the website. Their policy is supposedly that the charge is not to taken until the item ships and at that point I still wasn't aware I wasn't dealing with THE DSW and wasn't super concerned. I thought maybe an email failed to send or some such. After another couple days I started to look at their website closer to find a support number or email. That's when I realized it wasn't quite right. The email address was some generic mess like "support@dcmartensus" or something very close to that and the site was just as generic in places. After two weeks I have not received a reply to the multiple emails I have sent, not a single email about shipping or refunds, not a word from these scammers! Don't waste your time with the site! I hope my bank will help me with this mess.

Been a great service so far.I use Brevo for transactional emails and it hasn't failed to deliver (pun intended). I previously used SendGrid but had multiple issues with emails not being received and the support was less than helpfulBrevo offers useful stats on messages sent, received, opened etc to give extra peace of mind that the emails are working without issue

Since the breach my account was hacked. Payments we made went idk… someone filled a fraud thing and it was fraud against me yet you can’t get ahold of the fraud dept. my bill doubled ( I did not owe) turned off my services we just paid for and 2 months latter I can’t fix it.THEY R STILL BILLING NE FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT HAD IN MONTHS!!!!I’m thinking of contacting a lawyer going to small claims.Customer service isn’t helpful either. They have my bank account 3214 that’s not my account. That account bounced payments and had money reversed to only god knows!!I’ve never bounced a check so SHAME ON YOU ATT!!!!I’d sugjest u fix this!!!Cynthia newton 916)904-4311I have called a dozen times. Went to stores in person.Verified the money I paid went to you and wasn’t reversed. This is FRAUD AGSINST ME!!!!Also u don’t keep billing for services u took away that’s incompetent.

I don't like the fact that kickstarter doesn't approve many categories. Out of 3, 2 of my projects were declined. I won't even try to make a 4th in my life. Meanwhile, a guy raised 55.500 USD for making potato salad. Good job, Kickstarter!

I ordered for grocery on 9 th April 19.They did not delivered the items in time.Everyday they extended the delivery date without consent of customer.There was no option to cancel the order.After complain many times they cancelled the order and informed that amount will be refunded by 23rd April.But they refunded half of money.When I complained they told due to technical reason we r unable to refund.They r extended the date 24 hours.Till today they did not refunded my money. Everyday they r extending date.This is very bad experience with Flipkart.

I knew what I wanted to buy, and I knew that, sooner or later as part of the pre-Christmas sales, the price would be just right. The missing fifth star is because Creative Market doesn't understand personalization. It sends me everything it's got all the time, and it does it multiple times a week. Never once has it asked me to tell THEM what I care about and want to be offered. When they learn to do that, they might earn that extra star.

This is genuinely the worst support I've ever seen. They sent me an email saying that someone had changed my sign-in account name, with a link to support if it wasn't me who did it. It wasn't me so I clicked the link and after navigating through a few pages found the option to 'live chat' to an agent. It then said 'agent available' so I click to talk to them and I get 'agent now unavailable'. This happened four times so i tried ringing them instead. I was on hold for about 20 minutes until my phone started to ring again as if I was calling someone, this went on for another 20 minutes until the phone disconnected. What hell was even the point of emailing me, absolutely disgusting customer service.

Pre-ordered an S25 Ultra. Samsung didn't give me the proper discounts on my first order. Told me to cancel and re-place the order. They raised the prices on all the accessories, and my 2nd order came out to more than the first order. Was told by 6 different customer service reps that I would be credited the difference back after my order was complete. One month later, they come back and say that they won't be giving me the credit. I would avoid purchasing anything from Samsung, as their customer support is abysmal.

I tried to get a bike rental, only the bike dock never unlocked even though it said ‘unlocked’ on the app. I couldn’t get the bike, I couldn’t cancel my ride, I couldn’t contact customer support. (It’s notoriously absent on the app). The next day they charged me $112 for the ride. The ride distance was 0. I managed to contact them and they confirmed that it was a docking issue. Then the ghosted me by saying some ‘experts’ would contact me when I asked about the refund. I have a screenshot of the ride to prove it.

It's extremely concerning that you pay over $600.00 CA for a book with a limited time to use it. It's impossible to remember everything forever and it's clear they have zero interest in your continued education, rather just your money. Overall a huge disappointment, especially to the colleges that support this system.
