Proactive Customer Service

Hotel desk admim ,( I forgot her name), turned a bad visit into a positive one by adjusting our bill due to a lack of cleaning services to our room and a non-working outdoor pool in 90 degree Ohio heat. We cut our stay short due to these conditions as we had our pool loving granddaughter with us and swimming was at the top of the agenda. Based on your employees' action, we will be back to try this hotel again.

I found a great bargain on Groupon. I did have some challenges with the app but I’m not really computer savvy. I email the help desk and they got back to me within 24 hours, which I felt was reasonable.

The worst customer support

The worst customer support, and I'm surprised they have not been taken to court. June 18th, I uploaded my campaign, designed images, and wrote text. The campaign was published. I checked it, turns out they changed the images and the text, promising things that I never added nor will deliver.June 20th, I asked support what's going on. They swear they did not change anything, but 1000% they did. I would not write things I can't deliver or aren't part of the deal. I asked them to change it back. I sent the correct images. They received it and did nothing. June 22nd, I changed it back myself. The changes don't get approved. I asked why, it was because of the image dimension, which 1000% were the correct image dimensions.They ask me to send the changes and images AGAIN. At this stage, I asked to speak to management. They replied, saying I should just send the changes. I demanded to speak to management. We're now on the 25th, and no one has contacted me. In the meantime, an imaginary deal is up that's been put together by one of their staff members. I expressed the urgency. I'm writing my review today. I will be waiting for management to contact me. Next week, I will seek other avenues. In response to yours: Yes. You can do as I asked, put me in touch with management. I will await their response in my inbox. There is no way that I am going to go through the same process on your website again. If you have tech support that knows what they are doing, they would have simply restored the first version of what I submitted. Your system can't be that simple that it doesn't retain version control. Restore the first version and have management contact me before this story hits the news.

Review of wpengine

Never an issue or dull moment

Reading some of the 1 star reviews is pretty crazy. I have over 40 sites hosted on wpengine and have been using them for almost 5 full years. They are my favorite managed wordpress hosting company to work with.The tech support team is great. They are always able to diagnose and help support and fix issues, both live and when testing out new settings. Just today I had a tar.gz rip of some wordpress build a friend had, and support was able to pull the correct files and get the site into a working condition so I could access it. These guys are top class.To the guy saying 60 second max execution time.. you can just ask support to temporarily increase the execution time until you are done with your little project. Its for site security. You are on a shared server. IF you had a p1 or higher server, you could set whatever rules you wanted. Understand your package.The billing team is also great. I have never had an issue with getting billings refunded to the correct cards on file, nor have I had issues with getting credits applied when combining accounts. I will say when a site gets close to max plan usage, their sales team can be a bit annoying. However I've reached the point I have a dedicated sales rep and they know to reach out less frequently.

Thumbtack claims they background check

Thumbtack claims they conduct background checks. Do NOT trust this.I connected with a 'pro' who ended up actually being a fraud. After he defrauded us and stole our money, I found out that he had an open criminal case for consumer fraud. We would never have used him knowing this, but we trusted the 'verified background check' Thumbtack posts on their website for the pros on their platform. When contacting Thumbtack, they made it clear that their background checks only flag if the pro is convicted, not if they are currently facing criminal charges. This means they can have criminal charges for multiple crimes and they will let them stroll into your house, exposing your family to potential criminals. The only thing Thumbtack offered me was to act as a mediator between me and the crook they sent me. So due to their negligence, we lost all our money and now have no kitchen. Make sure you background check anyone they recommend!

No response to CC application!

I have been with Chase for years. I applied twice to get their unlimited chase credit card. I never recieved a letter, an email nor a credit card. I don't know whether I was approved or denied. I waited for over a month and nothing. When I called the first time, the recorded voice said, " we are reviewing your applications." Then after a month, I called again and the voice said, "there is no application under this SS#." WHAT??? I applied twice.

Complete joke of a company

Complete joke of a company. Had to complain 3 times, every single time it was a hassle. I cant even remember the first time, but the second was the app not working for a huge amount of time, then the last time, they changed all the availability settings to make it a NIGHTMARE to administrate. Additionally, they removed functionality from the app making any workarounds impossible. I think the management got replaced with strategically shaved monkeys at some point. I contacted support only to get hung up on, and that was after they lied... They did the same last time too. I then get a email from a 'senior member of management' telling me, basically, to just deal with it and their 100% unwilling to help. And also, not an apology for the way I was treated by their support staff. Theres nothing but apathy, lies, bad leadership and zero support. Absolutely avoid at all costs... The system would be great if it worked properly, they stopped messing with it, and they actually treated their customers with respect. But thats a miss on all 3 counts.

Horrible company

Horrible company, do not list your business on this site, you will regret it. They prioritize negative reviews, refuse to remove them, even if they are fake or from competitors. Customer service is the worst, seems like a miserable place to work based on the tone of the employees who claim they can't help and its all "the algorithm" - for a review site, you are so out of touch with your actual customers (Those would potentially pay you for advertising but won't because of how poorly you display reviews)

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, I would not suggest this dealership to anyone seriously looking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle that was unready and given false dates of when to pick this vehicle up 3 times. This resulted in me paying unnecessary travel expenses, this lead a complete waste of finances to attempt to obtain insurance for the vehicle. To this the dealers only response essentially amounted to "My job is to hard." Because they were out of loaners and could not be provided a rental they made me waste 10 days waiting for them. Even though I provided a down payment and signed all the paperwork for the vehicle. Upon me attempting to terminate the contract I was lied to by my dealer, Anthony Henry and was told that a termination of the contract would not be possible.

I don't go on any trip without my Crocs along. Any time you have a lot of walking to do, Crocs are the perfect alternative shoe. Squishy, but firm, these clogs are ideal at the pool or on the boat. They have saved me from blisters time and again.

I used to like bed bath and beyond. I was in the other day and they are getting rid of all there vendors and going to one brand. I used to see people walking out with bags of stuff it was my go too. Now everyone leave empty handed. Good by bed bath and beyond you will be the next to close
