I have booked at least 60-80 room nights with this company this year. Have only had so far 1 complaint against 1 property which was dealt with quickly. Last week we had an outrageous experience at a hotel. We checked out on the 2nd morning and they advised they were going to refund...which they then changed their mind! Hotels.com have sent the same reply to me about 15 times now without 1 of them answering my direct questions! They say they have put a credit into my account...its not there! The hotel should not be sold by hotels.com and it is also their responsibility to refund even if the hotel refuses too. Outrageous service!

I waited in the store for 45 minutes for 1 burrito. It took me 3 minutes to eat that tiny burrito. And it took 45 minutes to make. It was ridiculous. I waited for ages and by the time I got it i was frustrated and I won’t ever go back.

This is a real shame. Used the uk version for a long time. Then under gpdr they deleted user info. Stayed using for my regular recipes, however this looks like now they have deleted the uk database of recipes. All i get now is amrican with cup sizes listed. All my bookmarked pages are gone all the normal recipes i used are no longer there. Can now no longer filter by star rating either. Site has destroyed itself. Now looking for a new site. Shame as i had some great recipes there

I switched from NordVPN because of the cashback offer that ExpressVPN have with TopCashBack , but they have declined stating that 'Transaction cannot be traced' when I have a PDF receipt with the order number on. I've worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, and have been a member of TopCashBack since 2010, so I understand about cookies and tracking. I'll never buy ExpressVPN again and wouldn't recommend anyone go with this disreputable company.

My account has recently been suspended presumably because some trump supporter has complained it is a fake account. I was not notified that it was being suspended therefore was not given a chance to defend myself and it was not a case of innocent until proven guilty. I was not informed on who objected to my comment or what particular comment was being objected to. This suspension has denied me my right to free speech and make comments on the forthcoming election. In my email I was not spreading misinformation but was quoting things that were in trump's own words in speeches or tweets and I also quoted from the Constitution and legislation of the United States and these are actual facts and not misinformation. I have sent several emails to the security team at face book and have not received any confirmation that they were received or that they are being dealt with.

Their censorship practise has become an Orwellian nightmare. While fascist MAGA supporters can comment whatever they like, as soon as you try to defend democratic values you are censored. Despite not being argumentative and not using bad language. It's obvious that they are pandering to the Orange dictator wannabe, just like all the other SoMe companies are, by removing fact checking and letting the platforms more or less become a far right echo chamber. I'm not supporting the destruction of democracy with my premium membership anymore.
