Its a company that does not always deliver on the promised 24/7 support. Recently, l accidentally deleted my account and initially had no support or back-up to help restore it. Thanks to Trustpilot, however, an engineer from WordPress did eventually get in touch via email, confirming he had restored my deleted account.

I purchased fan reach pro and though my payment went through the actual service didn't it never added any of my new contacts. I reached out over 7 times and never recived and email back. i contacted the via email their help site and through the website. noone reached out. even after my plae explaining it was causing my press release to be delayed. Not having any other option i waited 3 more additional days and my press release was a mess it did not send to all of my email contacts! and to top it off a few people unsubscribed which is fine but it didnt even make room for the new subscribers!. they have a seious glitch were it constantly says you only have 499 subscribers when the limit is 500 but fan reach pro you can have more they only sent it to 499 it then continues to tell me to buy a fan reach pro subscribtion which was already purchased weeks ago!

Issuu gets the job done for our organization. Reasonable price for the service and has useful, easy to use features. We have enjoyed working with Issuu so far. And customer support was quick and easy to work with despite potential time difference.

Bought an outdoor throw rug for my patio. Was out of stock at the time of ordering waited five weeks for the rug to arrive. Received it on May 4 was excited to get it. I had a time. Set up my furniture on the patio with the rug. Five weeks later, noticed the stitching on the perimeter of the border was fraying and stringing out from the rug. Examined the damage the stitching was all just letting loose from the rug. Poor quality! Called Wayfair service. Was on hold for quite a while. The service representative returned to the phone saying that the warranty on that particular rug was 30 days. It was about 42 days when I had placed my call. I voiced my concern of disappointment and asked for the number to the distributor or manufacturer of the rug. With placing many calls to the distributor getting an answering service for me to leave my number and they would return my call. Needless to say, never got a return phone call and ended up gluing the loose ends of the rug that was letting loose for it just to let loose somewhere else. Very disappointed in Wayfair policies. This wasn’t an inexpensive rug. I paid $175 to get it to my door. I think I am done with Wayfair after several purchases that I have been very satisfied with. Do not want to take a chance of getting ripped off again with a company that doesn’t stand behind good moral services. Very disappointed with Wayfair service.

I looked to PayPal to help me resolve an issue with Living Social as I had mistakenly bought a product I did not need. Initially I tried to contact Living social directly which at first proved to be impossible. so I turned to Pay Pal to reverse the transaction. they quickly adopted the dispute and contacted Living Social - all good I thought. However, they came back finding in Living Social's favour and despite me explaining how I had been duped into the incorrect purchase, they would not tackle Living Social. I have always used Pay Pal because I thought I would have added consumer protection. Beware because this is not the case.

Trying to place an order and despite selecting from different delivery options provided each time I get feedback that each is outside the delivery range. Beyond frustrated. I place orders regularly with other retailers without any difficulty. Can’t understand why in a global economy it is impossible to arrange to have an order delivered to Ireland Did call for assistance and tried option suggested - product appearing to be sold out when I follow this but it is still available on email link I have received No point being on email list if I can’t place an order
