I've been trying to get into my account…

I've been trying to get into my account for weeks now that I have a new phone and phone number but I can't access my account cause it's sending the verification code to an old number and I don't have my password and the website will not allow me to reset and what's worse is they have to reply to comments on here but not help customers this company is horrible DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP OR BUSINESS IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO IT OR HELP I got back to the chat and no one is there and they didn't rectify the situation
