SSL RenewalI needed assistance getting 5 SSL certificates renewed and installed. This is the end of the first year, so I didn't need to buy anything, but it is a little confusing. Deebhiga S. got on the chat and speedily helped me get through the renewal process - two clicks! Deebhiga also sent a link to check the status, which is very handy. Failed orders, no reasoning why. Over charged, speaking to so many different people about this, just scatty and took up so much of my time to resolve. Then finally it says my order had an exception and wasn't delivered. Ordering from Anthropologie is like getting blood out of a stone.
