The customer service from WordPress is top notch. However, I wish the interface was less restrictive to use, and perhaps there is a way to just access the raw code of which I'm unaware. Having to go to so many different places in the app to mod the web site is time consuming and counter-intuitive.

Review of mailerlite
WARNING - stay away from this company. We're a volunteer nonprofit run by someone with a tech background and we attempted to use Mailerlite to save emailing costs. We are NOT affiliate marketers, or spammers who bought some random mailing list off the dark web - all of our subscribers opted in. Despite this fact, we have been treated like the latter. The service claims to have a 2-way data sync with Hubspot, which doesn't work AT ALL. The next issue is that their customer support is absolutely terrible. The third issue is that they make fake discriminatory reasons to freeze your account to prove your subscribers actually opted in - guilty until proven innocent. You provide all the information they request and they keep requesting more and more, creating a never ending moving target, while your account, money, and lists are frozen on their website. They justified their witch hunt all of this because on one campaign our bounce rate was .3% over their arbitrarily low threshold. This company wasn't trying to work with us to help us, but was bullying us like creepy nanny state bureaucrats. They refused a refund when we tried to take our business elsewhere while we still had 25 days remaining on our account. They are total unethical scam artists. If you value your time, don't waste it compromising the integrity of your operations with these scam artists who will pull the rug out from under you arbitrarily at any time.

bought a 2016 BMW R1200GS from The Big Eazy Customs and after 1400km the bike broke down. This was in November. It is now June 2025 and I still don't have my motorbike back. At first I gave Johann Claassen the benefit of doubt and allowed sufficient time to repair this motorcycle. I have however come to the conclusion that he is fabricating stories to delay I don't know what and every week it's a new almost done just finishing off story. I then was made aware of his history, and it was shocking to learn that many consumers have been down this path.I can no longer in good faith believe anything he says and will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman. I am also seeking legal advice and will use whichever route to find a resolve. I should have listened to advice from other bikers but fool me twice...enough is enough.

I get anxiety whenever I have to call IHG customer service… I don’t know if it is the annoying ‘on-hold music’ or continual dropped calls, incorrect departments shuffled through, or extreme difficulty trying to get them to accommodate use of reward points. As a spire elite member you’d think we would get better service. The most frustrating is long holds… then getting disconnected… then being transferred to the wrong department…. usually 45-60 mins that I will never get back. Sooooo frustrating

I absolutely love this website! As an educator and former graphic designer, I put a lot of love into creating visual material that my learners can enjoy, making the learning experience so much more enjoyable for us all. Flaticon has a wide variety of concepts that fit any need I may have! I also like the recolour feature for icons, and how cute are the stickers??? Chef's kiss!
