I'm a platinum member and used to stay at IHG properties exclusively for business. My account has been compromised for a second time and I cannot get through to customer service to fix the situation. As such, I can no longer book stays and have moved to Hyatt and Hilton. They cannot be in good shape as a company with this poor level of customer service.

I like the investment philosophy and the analysis by Fools. They have produced many winners. However, so many stocks with sky high valuations were pushed during the pandemic era stock surge many of them still down 50% or even up to 90% even when the market came back up. Also, they started too much marketing for high prices services which seems nothing but the usual hype that other stock pick services do, but really seems like hype.

Awful awful company. I was a user who has sold hundreds of items with a 5* ratings for 7/8 years. Banned due to ‘misuse of keywords’ on a listing that was posted years ago although I see 100’s of users describing listings with long irrelevant terms. Maybe they should do more about the vast amount of scammers on there and put their time to proper use. When I explained the listing was from years ago, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Vinted offers far better customer service.

Mixed feelings. Sometimes ASOS are great and send out next day. Everything good. On several occasions I’ve received completely different items to what I’ve ordered. It’s Not just me, it’s happened with my mum recently too. I’ve used ASOS for years and years and no issues started happening until 2022 onwards. I just stick to John Lewis now.I have to admit that their customer service is very responsive and friendly in resolving issues. I would just not recommend placing a large order with them. Isobel

Again we find ourselves being forced to an inferior clunky versionI have had issues with item/sku's in old version still not appearing in new version. I've been led down the garden path with lies and excuses of "it's your fault because you have duplicated sku"s"I deleted as request and still not fixed then the "don't worry it will all be fixed" well guess what... still NOT fixed.We are being forced to this new version supposedly better because XERO can't run 2 platforms as it's not economically viable BUT we are expected to suffer economically because of their incompetence.

I found outstanding help for housekeeping and roofing, but I didn’t find anyone to do yard work. Too few pros were listed, and they weren’t local companies. Some of the people I contacted never responded, and the ones that did demanded a credit card number and were based in California.

New Stuff App not even worth 1 star! I used to use it religiously to follow the latest news in NZ and globally - but now it's quite possibly one of the worst apps/mobile website experiences I've ever had. Nice colours, but clearly not designed with input on great user experience.

I've booked through kayak and had a few problems with Airlines cancelling flights. BUT Felipe - one of their customer care people ( Chatdeal?) has been brilliant - I would give him personally 5 * . He was calm , reassuring and more importantly he got the changes required done! If you need help ask for him!

Do NOT use big commerce. I had a big commerce store for 5 or more years. After 4 years, they TRIPLED my monthly rate, and i was so far in that it took me a year to redesign a new website and end the service with them. I tried reaching out to reason with them, but they wouldn't budge on the monthly rate ($350/month!!!). It is outrageous! The worst part is, their platform is ridden with problems. I can't tell you how many customers called in to say they couldn't checkout or the order said it could not ship. I was constantly trying to troubleshoot the issues and every single one of the problems related back to BC's platform. Again, take it from a long term user -- STAY AWAY!!

I am actually a Psychotherapist. Avoid this company at all costs if you are a professional. They regularly take money they should not take. And trying to get that back is a nightmare. I tried to join be they said I did not have the correct credentials. I have the academic credentials, however, because I had not joined an organization they deemed acceptable, at a cost of hundreds of dollars a year, they refused me membership. However, they still charged me, even thought they refused. It's a racket. I wrote about 15 emails asking for an explanation and for the money to be refunded. They ignored any mention the the money they took until the final email. Then gave me some lame excuse that it was for an account I had years ago, but was inactive. If you want robbed, join this lot.

Talk about impressed! I just logged a support request with MEGA and the response was, quite literally, faultless. My request was responded to and dealt with successfully in super quick time. I mean, what more can I say? The MEGA product is great and the support is awesome. And they support Linux! Highly recommended! 🙂Edit: All MEGA needs to be perfect is to develop a proper syncing app for Android and Chrome OS. Do that guys and you will truly be the best Cloud storage service out there! Just a little hint while I'm here...
