Coursera is a SCAM

Coursera is a SCAM. They do have courses BUT when you sign up for 1 course, mine was $14. I did not sign up for any other courses or any subscription for ongoing courses. Two days later 2025-01-16, they bill my credit card for $68. Trying to contact them, link on my receipt 2025-01-09, yes 7 days, and the link is not active! Trying to log in to cancel my subscription, the authentication code is required and guess what, it is not being sent. Tried numerous times. Support just keeps looping back to the support help page.

Ridiculous customer support

No responses. Never a email replied. Entire customer support team has 0 support. I guess they built a customer support website and added some basic AI chatbot then called it a day. Expecting it to solve customers problrms

Was cool for me to be honest

I've used them for a little while now. To be honest I'm shocked at all negative reviews. Getting money on my card was cool. Buying crypto was cool. Haven't had to use customer support yet but so far all smooth. I live in spain and travel to the UK and card worked perfectly in both countries. So thanks for the service. I have had a good experience with this company. As a musician doing crypto on the side works perfectly.

Was cool for me to be honest

Review of twilio

Totally dodgy company.

Would you like to be conned and harassed? I recommend Twilio! I can’t count the number of times I have asked them to remove my number from their data base. (I’m on TPS). They are breaking the law by constantly harassing me. I’ve stored their number in my landline and blocked it under the name ‘nuisance’. Lo and behold I’m called again by someone different wanting to scam me. Guess what? The phone screen displays the name ‘nuisance’. They are getting around the blocking system as they are classed as ‘international’, despite the number being displayed when they ring as in the U.K.

What is the point of paying for a subscription to nfl+ when it only shows the local games already on basic cable? Essentially, asking for you to pay extra for them to provide nothing.

Quick, Str8 to the point

I had a problem with scheduling an email. So, I got in touch with their customer support. I was blown away by their response. Joseph was so fast, courteous, and knowledgeable, and helped me fix my issue in just a few clicks without too much trouble. In terms of email marketing, MailerLite is one of the best and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an email marketing solution.

Review of lg

LG OLED65CX5LB Failed after Two Months.…

I bought an LG OLED65CX5LB Flat Screen TV from John Lewis in November 2020. I paid £1,999.00. which lasted Two months now the TV displays a Blank Screen with a Vertical Line in the middle off it and it powers off into standby mode straight away. Confirmed by an Authorised LG repair Engineer as a Faulty display panel, This occurred and was reported to John Lewis on the 7th January 2021.I am now forced down the route of a LG Warrantee claim, which is delayed due to lack of available parts due to BREXIT with no reasonable timescale from LG. who were basically saying Tough about the lack of a replacement screen. LG customer support is a waste of time they just promise to call back with repair updates but never do. Their Authorised Repair Company Regional Repair Centre of Birmingham are also reporting a Backlog of work due to Parts supply issues from LG Europe, this delay goes back to December 2020, I assume this backlog will have to be dealt with before my Fault. RRC get really poor reviews on trustpilot too.I have spent at least 3 Hrs on the Phone to John Lewis and have spoken with Ray, Victoria, Holly, Bonney, Georgia, Junior, John, Jeff, Ripeta and Manager Alex from their Tech Support Team and was cut off twice, all nice people but of no help at all. All have been obsessed with the LG Warrantee and insist on a 28 working Day delay before they will process my complaint any further. They were not interested my Consumer Rights to a timely resolution of my Complaint, so I have to wait for parts stuck in France somewhere and then for the repair firm to catch up with the old jobs before My dead TV gets fixed. LG your OLED TV's are not fit for purpose.So far I have spoken with Victoria from Slovakia, Kim, Cassandra who was very abrupt and borderline aggressive who wanted to cancel my repair claim. I then spoke to Sam who tried to help and seemed professional. Next I spoke to Bruno who again would not or could not give me an ETA for the replacement screen required, he was also a disgraceful LG representative. I was also put through to Teagan by the retailer who agreed my LG experience had been awful but I still had to wait for a repair, with no parts in the country, as they were all stuck in France.On the 3rd of February I rang LG again and spoke to Esen to find out about the repair parts, he looked at the job and said, has there had been a significant delay and they aim to complete repairs in less than 14 days. He promised I would get a call back with an update so I gave him my number again ( I never received that call back) I also contacted Lisa at RRC, the repair firm LG uses. She explained the part I required was a on back order and not available until Saturday the 27th of February 2021 with at least a Two day delay to organize a appointment time slot, I asked about the Backlog of work they had and would that impact the time scale of my repair. Lisa assured me that RRC had the resources to deal with my repair, this didn't convince me at all. With this debacle now stretching into March 2021 with no TV and a useless retailer not acknowledging the Consumer Rights act of 2015I suggest credit card section 75 rights would provide for a refund, perhaps I will try that. This is my last purchase of an LG product.-----------------------------Update and conclusion to the faulty TV 18th Feb 2021.I was texted on the 19th Feb the ETA for the replacement parts to repair my Blank screen would as I thought be the 27th Feb. I contacted LG as requested and was offered an Uplift number which would right off the TV.Needless to say I took this offer which would allow the retailer to reimburse me. This review has been removed testing to get it back April 2022

If you want thousands of different logos of your brand in the web... use them!

It is a shame that they have great options for design services, but they do a terrible job for your company or brand image.I hired their services for my brand logo, I chose the one I liked, paid for it.6 months later I realized that all the 50+ logos proposed during the contest are all over the internet..... is kind of a permanent contest of confusion to recognize the real one.... what a shame....I called customer service and they were like an answering machine of responses.... they said is on the terms.....and they cannot do anything..... imagine how wants +50 different logos of your around the web.Avoid this company..... they sacrificed professional guidelines, to gain visibility.Hope this review if helpful for you to be aware.
