Review of asos
Dear ASOS Customer Care Team,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. I placed an order at the end of November, paid for customs clearance, and have yet to receive my item, which is now over a month overdue from the estimated delivery date.I contacted your team several times and was repeatedly told the issue was being investigated, but this yielded no results. Eventually, your team offered to send a replacement, confirmed my delivery address, and assured me I would not have to pay customs fees again, given that I had already paid for the initial order that was not delivered. However, I received an email today requesting payment for customs again. When I contacted your team, I was told I would need to pay these fees upfront and be refunded later, which is both unreasonable and inconsistent with the assurances I was given previously. Furthermore, I was informed that I would need to collect the items from customs, despite explicitly requesting home delivery for a reason. This situation demonstrates a disregard for my needs as a customer and is unacceptable. I no longer wish to deal with ASOS and request a full refund, including the amount initially paid for customs clearance.I also find the manner in which your customer service agent handled this situation highly unprofessional. After restating my concerns, the chat was abruptly ended without giving me the opportunity to respond or resolve the issue.I expect a resolution to this matter promptly. Please confirm that a full refund will be issued, including customs fees, without further delay. I look forward to your response within the next 48 hours before I escalate this issue further

Review of wetransfer
ANother company reinventing file sharing by making it over complicated and never working.I used Box for a while (it is terrible) and now I receive wetransfer links for shared files from a customer.None of the link ever worked, not even once, they all go back to the main page asking to create an account.I don't know what is so difficult, I which we could just go back to ftp where things just work and do not require an overkill confusing interface. I see now you need to click 3 different approvals just to get out proof the landing page which asks to create an account.-Preferences - you need to reject them all- then click I agree on 'To continue, please agree to our Terms of Service, '- Then finally you get a download button which does not say what it is going to downloadAs the website is literally covered with banners, it is unclear which of them you need to click on to get the files you are supposed to get.. the banner 'Summer PROmo Get 30% off annual plans using SUMMER30. Terms and conditions apply.' can be ignored for instance - you do not need to click it to get to the files. but it is not clear..Very untuitive interface. Only on my 4th visit I was actually able to download files shared with me. Before that I assume the link was wrong or the site was just broken. I work in IT. Just think how that will go when you share your holidays pictures with grandma.. Not a chance she will ever see those pictures.

Review of dreamhost
I've been using Dreamhost for years, hosting several domains and websites. This latest support request response was quick and pleasing as usual. I just needed help correcting a 'Site note found' message for a redirect from one domain to another. I explained the need, they saw the problem and fixed it, then replied to me that it was done already!
Review of wpbeginner
I literally DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE TO START when I was trying to develop a WordPress site. When you're getting ready with your brand new domain name, it all sounds so easy: click, drag and drop, etc. Then you get going and you're like me, it's nine steps back and ZERO forward. And you want to throw your computer against the wall, and you feel stupid. You find forums, you post questions, and the answers make it even worse. You're in WordPressHell. And you stay there, stuck, until by some fortunate google search, you come across a clear, non-technical, easy-to-follow article by a group called WPBeginner.com. A little pop-up announces that they have a Facebook group of friendly helpers, so you join it, hopeful. And they do. And they help. And they hold your hand, and hold it, and hold it, until lo and behold, you have a functional website. But more importantly, you have an understanding of HOW WORDPRESS WORKS...so you can keep getting better at it. And they have HUNDREDS of articles on every aspect of WordPress...each of them clearly-written and easy to follow. Each has a video, and for those of us who need to go more slowly, a text version of the video. Yes, they have some affiliate programs. Yes, some other users may offer advice that is too technical or unhelpful; it's a forum, not a classroom. But don't let this sway your opinion: WPBeginner is the real deal in helping WordPress newbies get confident in using a great tool. THANK YOU!!!!
Review of squarespace
Wow. Really surprised by all the negative review here. Squarespace has been great for me. With absolutely no coding knowledge I built a lovely portfolio website with online store in a few days. I am tech-savvy though - perhaps if you're not you might struggle, but I found it pretty easy. I've always found the support / customer services very good, you can normally live chat within a few minutes. Much cheaper than having a site professionally built, and I have no intention of learning coding or Wordpress. I've deducted one star because currently you can't allocate shipping costs per product, only by country and weight, which isn't ideal.

AVOID Brought a Redmi Note 8T from Three after reading good reviews of a high spec phone at a great price. Unfortunately the build quality is atrocious and customer service awful. The phone suddenly wouldn't charge after about three months. The Three store told me to contact Xiaomi. After several calls with different advisers each time having to start from square one I was sent a prepaid envelope to send to their Xiaomi UK repair centre. It was returned with a note saying there was liquid contamination and the phone was beyond repair as the parts were no longer available. There has been no liquid contamination while I have used the phone and it has been treated no differently than previous phones I've had. Another fraught session of multi calls to Xiaomi and they passed me back to Three. Three say it is Xiaomi's responsibility. AVOID

Bought a Xiaomi Mi 11 back in July, at the end of August the phone had cracked for no reason, sent the phone of to Xiaomi service center to get repaired only to be told that my phone is out of warranty because the rear glass was cracked and i would need to pay £60 to get it repaired. what a load of Bulls***. so glad the customer service at SBE were helpful in returning the device back to me without me needing to pay for the inspection and transport fee. looks like i'll have to be buying myself a rear glass and fixing it myself. thanks for the crap service Xiaomi will be the last device i'll ever buy from you.

Do not order from this company. They are not serious and they are scammers. I made the mistake of ordering on November 21, 2021 (Order #2411613) a laptop shell for iphone 12 pro max, they sent me a shell for iphone 12 and since impossible to reach them, my multiple emails remain unanswered and impossible to reach them by phone. This is an unacceptable commercial behavior and should be denounced to prevent other people from being scammed.

Review of capterra
I received an email to write a review through Capterra and I was a little skeptical at first given I had never heard of them. They informed me that there is a $25 gift cart to Amazon awarded if the review was published. I thought I would give it a try and not long later I received an email saying my review had been published and they had indeed sent me a gift card! I was pretty happy about that and now that I know what Capterra is, I have found some very useful information on their website. All in all it was a great experience and I will be frequenting their site often in the future.
