Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. PS4 signs me out of my account automatically. Can’t remember password so I try resetting through email and none are sent. Finally get on to chat with a real live agent on a screen that says don’t leave this page or you may get disconnected. The support agent sends me a link and tells me to click on it. I do, then try to go back to the chat to respond and I got disconnected by the link he sent me. Went to chat another agent and I’m now told they already helped me and to try again later. WTH. Couldn’t be less impressed.

The only time to get Help which was Excellent!

Greatly appreciated Ms. T. Pandhare at E-Help office in MA. for her profound knowledge about how to apply for EFIN and very patient and kind professional assistance. It was the first time and only time in years that I received answers to my questions via phone calls to IRS. The rest just told me: “Call again in 30 days to check it out.” That is what I received after holding for 30 to 60 minutes. It has been going on and on for almost 3 years since it started, unfortunately, the refund of 2020 is not received yet. Anyone can help?

I wish I could give alltrails customer…

I wish I could give alltrails customer service no stars but that's not an option. I had been an alltrails pro member for years. My app worked well up until 3 weeks ago. My downloaded maps would disappear. I would download them again and when I would try to activate them I would get a map of my neighborhood. I couldn't use my existing maps and I couldn't download new ones. Their customer service must be full of high school dropouts because I explained several times with screenshots what the problem was but they kept saying uninstall and reinstall the app. Their technical advice did not help and they did not seem to care.

Do not buy any of their "discounted deals".

I had subscribed to the online news service. To cancel this service there is no way other than to use their freephone number. Long wait. Then passed to cancellation dept. Another eighteen-minute hold. No call-back service, inbound calls only, no email cancellation either. The chat service also insists you have to use the phone number to cancel. And this is an "online " subscription! Total rubbish service, stay away and don't buy into any of their cheap subscription deals, they don't want to let you cancel and make it so difficult to let you do so.

Temu Support lied and refused to help

There were issues with delivery of a chair I paid for. I waited a month, it came to my country and finally Temu refused to deliver it to my city. I needed it for my upcoming trip in a few days, so it ruined my experience. Their support said it will be delivered and to contact the courier, then another support agent said it won't be delivered.They offered 20% discount up to 39 BGN on all orders. After making a small order just to test it, I got a 9 BGN discount. I wanted to use the rest 30 BGN discount that was promised but Temu support refused that. I spent literally over 3 hours chatting with them, they were very unprofessional and sent only copy-paste generic responses. I insisted to escalate it to a manager and they made a ticket which was closed within 1 min. with the same copy-paste response from a 'senior' who obviously hadn't even read my message. Then I insisted to make another ticket 1748375493032845, but got the same copy-paste messages, with the exception that this time they make me wait a day to get each of their copy-paste responses that don't help at all.All in all, Temu's customer support has degraded dramatically in the recent months. They've just wasted my time with false promises and ruined my trip. I've ordered over 200 items from Temu in the last 2 years but if this doesn't get solved, this will be my last order with them. And judging from the same copy-paste responses they write on reviews here, it's unlikely that anybody from Temu's support would care to help me and resolve this...

worst customer service i ever saw. well i got to see what is by far the worst customer service i ever saw. Really frustrating you only keep getting automatic messages. Zero care for customer Terrible contact- robot answers and when put through to person they do not answer query just an automated message, so won’t be buying.so pls don’t buy from them.

Constantly increasing prices and restricting plans

To add a course is a lot of work and I feel locked in a company constantly increasing prices and restricting plans. I just unpublished some courses just because they restricted a basic plan with a little less than 60 day notice. I will spend the time to move somewhere else. I hate when people change the rules in the middle of the game, mainly when they gain in an expense of creators.

Ordered and shipped to New Zealand, initial delays as their payment was marked as fraudulent - common problem it appears as below reviews attest to. 2 days after shipping date listed, dispatched, now from there FedEx took ownership, no local depots, bad customer service, lies about delivery times. Oculus website is terrible, badly designed, and no way to get a resolution from a customer support - they have an email that takes 2 days to get back - if I hadn't already invested the money would be cancelling!

This paper is now unreadable online due to its repetitive adverts every couple of minutes. I’ve read this paper for years but I cannot watch another “touchnote” advertisement just to simply read the headlines. I understand you need to make your money but your constant advertisements are annoying and with so much online competition for news, it has eventually made me go elsewhere

The experience I had is indiscribable at the Mainz shop Am Brand 34, 55116. Simply wanted to to transfer the esim from one phone to the other and received a disastrous customer service. Not only outrageous but more unwilling. Don't be deceived by shop ratings. They are mostly manipulated.

It's absolutely dreadful!! I was using to catch up with the archers, but it only goes back so far, every 30 seconds or so there's a noise/sound that keeps sounding over the top of what I'm listening to and the app is just awful!! I think I'll use YouTube instead. TuneIn is a waste of time!!!

Absolutely Horrid...DO NOT USE

Only giving one star because I have to give it something. I work for an MSP and attempted to assist a client with some intermittent outage issues. Was forced into the site chat for 2 and a half hours and spoke to four different individuals, only to be told "You just need to reboot your internet router" to fix the issue. I attempted to access the site from 5 different networks/domains and it was not available to any of them. The site was completely unavailable to anyone for several minutes at a time, at least once a week if not more, which may not sound like a lot, but when your business site is unavailable, it does not present well. This has been an ongoing issue for six months and we are now looking for another provider.

Macy's Customer Service is the Worst I Have Ever Seen

If I could give Macy's Customer Service zero stars I would. It is terrible. You cannot talk to a person. After going thought I don't know how many automated questions, it tells you that they are going to transfer you to a represnentative. When you are transfered they then tell you that because of Covid-19 they cannot let you speak to a person, Why? The virus will not transmit through the pone. Their agents could be working from home. That is the beauty of technology!. I tried their Online Chat! That is also down due to Covid-19. One again Why? Their online chat agents could work from home. I have been trying for two weeks to cancle the order. I have been trying to cancel an order. Supposedly you can only cancel online within 30 minutes after placing the order. But you have to have the order number for that. I did not recieve a confirmation or order number until 24 hours after placing the order. I could not even find any verification on my account that I had ordered anything. So I thought the order never went through. So ordered from another company. Then I received the confirmation email from Macy's. Well it was too late. So I tried to cancel it. That first day, by some miracle, after waiting on hold for over two hours, I was able to talk to someone on the phone, They told me that thel would put a flag on the order an mark it for cancelation and that I should recieve an email when they cancel it. I thought that this was odd. They should be able to look on their computer and see that it has not shipped yet and then just have it cancled. But whatever, I wiated, and waited to get the email saying that the order was canceled. It never came. Mean while I keep checking my account for the status. It just keeps saying "processing." Then yesterday, I check the status and it tells me that it will be delivered June 3rd. Why?I cancelled it. I tried calling again. Cannot get the automated system to let me talk to a person. At first the automated system told me that my order had been refunded for $13. Which I know was not my order because my order was for a Chest of Drawers that was much more than that, so I know that was messed up. When I called again, it told me that I had missed my cancelation window. but I had acutually called and canceled it the next day, As soon as I had the order number which I needed to cancel it. I have never seen such a mess in all my life. How do they stay in business if they are this disorganized/
