Their free month trial 100% bamboozled me. I missed the cut off to end the free trial and got roped into a YEAR long subscription of $30 per month!! To cancel they charge a $10/mo fee of the remaining months plus tax! what a complete rip off.
Review of parallels
I have used nearly every version of Parallels Desktop over many years to run Windows VMs on my MacOS laptop in an exclusively Windows corporate environment. I can run my Microsoft and Adobe software and all my favourite utilities and tools in MacOS and when I need to run Windows only software, I simply fire up Parallels desktop. It keeps me happy and fully compliant with company IT policies. Performance gets better with each version and it easily handles 3D intensive graphics design programs.

Review of tesla
If I could give Tesla negative stars, they’d get ten. I made the mistake of leasing a 2022 Model 3 last March. The car is a complete piece of junk - especially compared to my previous Chevy Bolt. Very poor workmanship, a rattle box, and the glitchiest software since Windows 95. So I found someone to assume the lease. In June. It’s now late September and the transfer hasn’t happened yet. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being at Tesla about anything. Every phone tree ends the same way “Send an email to… goodbye.” It is the single most irritating company on the planet. I’ve emailed the “lease team” about my transfer SEVEN times with ZERO responses to the fact that both me and the new lessee are under sever time constraints on this transfer. ZERO response. And no two emails I have received have come from the same person. Utterly ridiculous. I would never EVER drive a Telsa vehicle or purchase any of their other products. All hype and no substance.
Review of smartsheet
After their aquisition by Blackstone last year SmartSheet's pricing structure has drastically changed. According to their website, the rollout of the new pricing structure has been paused while they iron out some issues. However their billing department are invoicing us under the new model anyway and are refusing to acknowlege the information on their website.
Review of royalcaribbean
Customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I prepaid many services and activities before boarding. Due to operational difficulties some were cancelled, and they claimed that my originally paid money will be refunded back to my credit card. Guess what ? 4 months have passed, and I have received no refunds yet. Contacted Royal carribean customer service, and I received nothing but a template reply saying refunds take 14 days to process. Can you count ? It’s been 120 days ? Sadly my credit card company amex is slow and unwilling to contact the merchant, pushing the responsibility to me as the consumer instead. I advise everyone, just avoid Royal carribean. It’s likely my money will never be refunded back to me, it’s no wonder why their profit margin is so exceedingly high compared to other cruises - by stealing passenger’s money.
Review of mailerlite
I signed on for Mailerlite about a week ago, to develop email sendouts that are called campaigns - and then I went on to developed an embedded form with an OPT-IN form - that I placed a button in it to my free resource offer. All of these features are available in the free version of MAILERLITE. Nothing comes with some time in learning how to use these features which is where I found the support to be amazing, they responded with 4 to 5 minutes, truly they did! Francisco and Brittany where so helpful and kind. I highly recommended Mailerlite. If I had not already committed to building my website on another platform - I would most definitely be building my website with Mailerlite. It would make sense to do this all on one platform. The free Mailerlite tutorials are excellent! And, I am a life long learner - And am very tempted to complete some of the Mailerlite free courses. But I have other work to completed in sharing my educational workshop on early child develpment. Thank you Mailerlite - so glad my campaign, embedded form with opt-in all works ... and now I have the tools to effectively reach my clients, Al the best, Susanne

Review of wordfence
Horrific (and non-existent) "emergency response". We had two sites protected with the WordFence premium plugin. Both came up with white screens of death this morning, so we went to WordFence as a 'trusted' provider to hopefully help us get back online. We fell for their $950 (NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY) dollar "emergency" response plan where they are supposed to dedicate some urgent resources for "mission critical" websites to get you back online fast.It look over an hour for the representative to come back and tell us that because we had 4 other subdomains completely outside of public_html on the server, that we would have to pay FOUR MORE TIMES (yes, $4000 more) to get them to even start looking at it. We proposed a counter offer, and several HOURS later they came back with another offer. At the end of the day, because time was of the essence, we fell for their trick and paid the additional $4000 thinking at least they would urgently start resolving the issue.SEVERAL HOURS LATER (now NINE HOURS) after the emergency ticket was crated, a new "Director of Information Technology" sends us an email that they can't help us at all because there are plugins that have "obsufated code" in them and so they can't help us. They don't bother to even tell us what plugins (we suspect Membermouse, some plugins do this), or even offer to simply remove that plugin and continue their search and help.Instead, they send that email and then ignore us. So now $5000 and 9 hours later we still have a broken site and no emergency response from Wordfence.Their plugin is decent, but don't fall for this "emergency response' baloney. We lost a day of revenue and wasted time for their runaround. In the end, we found my.fixed.net and for $65 they had us back up and running in 40 minutes! OMG, WordFence you should bet ashamed. What a sham.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from your team regarding my recent subscription issue.I initially contacted you about a renewal that I believed I had cancelled. Your prompt and efficient handling of the situation, including processing the refund, was greatly appreciated. It was a relief to see such responsiveness and professionalism.Thank you once again for resolving this matter swiftly. I look forward to potentially working with SEO Moz again in the future.
Review of mailchimp
Randomly, out of the blue, mailchimp stopped delivering our emails to gmail addresses. We asked for help and they literally didn't do anything - even after making it clear that we would need to switch to another provider if this didn't get fixed. Now we have to go through the annoying processing of switching to Klaviyo

Review of expedia
Disappointed CustomerI had a terrible experience with Expedia. On December 25, 2024, I was misled by customer service rep “Gorge” (which Expedia admitted to the creditor Affirm) that I needed to cancel my trip and was charged an $1,800 cancellation fee, with a promise that my $4,500 trip refund would be processed within 60 days, which they put in writing via email. As of today, March 21, 2025, they have not honored this promise. To make matters worse, their customer service misled me into believing I needed a visa to enter the Dominican Republic, which was false. Not only did I lose $1,800 to the cancellation fee, but I'm also stuck with the full cost of the trip. Expedia may have profited from this, but they’ve lost a customer for life.
