Avoid using these people. Their service is not very good. I booked with a host and after 3 months the booking was cancelled because the property should not have been listed. Since the booking we have booked and paid for all the additional services. I have been promised the money back but I am waiting to see if that happens. It’s impossible to contact them other than by phone and I was fobbed off with a list of other more expensive properties but I don’t trust that they will be available either.

Indiegogo has not done a good job of managing campaign project owners. There appears to be some fake projects that take your money, after initially promising a perk for your investment, then nothing is ever received. Two times I have informed Indiegogo of a campaign called "EMERGY: The Torque-Resistance Portable Gym" where money is still being collected, but the project won't provide project backers the perks owed. Why hasn't Indiegogo shut this project down? Perhaps if Indiegogo were to lose money instead of collecting a commission or a royalty or whatever they collect, maybe the would be more interested.

Try contacting customer services but make sure you have sandwiches a 30 minute call back was responded to three hours later by e mail saying they could not reach my uk mobile what balderdash then re registered for a call and am still WAITING take your money and a brand new product but you are unable to use it and customer services is QUICK and DEAD NO RESPONSE! One big fraud. EBay has no problem with blaming the victims of fraud which shows how they are protecting the scammers. Hide behind procedures, policies and systems they put in place themselves. They try to prevent any customer contact and are clueless about customer service. Their useless help pages are an insult to customer service in general yet they still feel the need to ask if you're satisfied with them. Even their community site is full off accomplishes blaming the victims of fraud. Never before seen a racket this size. Don't understand how this company is still allowed to operate with all European customer protection laws in place. Time to clean up your act or close up shop ebay
