I reached out because I had tried all the debugging I could think of. Instead of believing me when I said I had run all these tests they promptly ran all the same tests I already had and then told me they can't fix my problem because the tests didn't find the problem. What frustrated me and prompted me to give this bad review wasn't that they couldn't fix my problem (turned out it was a software issue so not covered in my warranty) it was the blatant disregard for anything I said and he would just go through the robotic motions of a scripted set of tests, which frankly I had already run following the troubleshooting guides they provide for free online. The whole experience wasted my time and his, just a bad service.
