Purchased 2 bottles of Ghost Bond Platinum wig adhesive glue from a seller on there for $14.00 plus $4.99 shipping. Well I got the 2 bottles of glue, they seemed to be fine so I accepted the order. Well a couple days later I went to go use the glue & realized the seller literally put water in the glue & sold me some watered down glue. I contacted the seller first she came up with this bogus excuse that it had been exposed to heat during the shipping which I know is B.S (I still have a bottle of glue I just found from 5 years ago & it's still the same till this day). However I reached out to mercari support if that's what you wanna call them because they're very unsupportive & crooks as well. They're pretty much telling me I'm sick with 2 bottles of watered down glue all because I accepted the order. I explained to them who's thinking someone is going to water down some glue I inspected the bottles & assumed everything is fine. Like what am I suppose to do go to the store & get some glue authenticated or something. This site is a crook all they care about is money. I'm absolutely fine with mercari, eff them

I rented a car through Expedia and went to pick it up, but there was an issue at the rental company, and I couldn’t get the car. Despite contacting Expedia’s customer service multiple times by phone and live chat, and providing proof of these attempts, I still haven’t received a refund. Additionally, a supervisor handled the situation very unprofessionally, dismissing my concerns and implying that the issue was solely my problem, without any effort to help. This lack of support and accountability has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible

THEY ARE ALL EITHER CROOKS or don’t know their job….I am a regular customer of Amazon but lately more than before their service has dropped too badly! But today crossed limits. I ordered airtight containers on Amazon and was told delivery would happen between 8-12 pm. But since I was jet lagged, I paid online my otherwise cash on delivery option so that if required, I could have it left with the guard while I sleep. 12:15 I didn’t still get delivery so I checked my app and saw that the following message was given…’That delivery not done due to customers payment issue’. Basically found out later that the customer care executive lied because he had some issue in delivering that I had payment issues.It’s 2:15 pm now and still not delivered when the customer care promised me delivery within one hour and the app is still showing as payment issue by customer.

I am a small business owner in a small town, years ago I set up a Yelp acc thinking it would help my business and that's where I went wrong. For the past 3 years after considerable attempts (calls, emails, etc) to get Yelp to display the correct information, which has been a nightmare. The incorrect information is still incorrect and has been miss guiding the local community for way to long. On top of that I foolishly fell for their "ads" promo scam, in which they still displayed all the incorrect info and charged me for it. Long story short, yelp is terribly inaccurate all the way around. Best stick with anyone, I mean anyone else.
