I have been with Twilio for 10 years. Never have I been so disappointed with their service. The following issues I have experienced over that last 10 years are as follows:1. Fax Service has been BETA all this time. Constant fax dropped calls or no fax at all.2. There auto-pay system is flawed. It will take and take and take to the point of your bank account being exhausted. No daily limits.3. Their Wireless IOT is very unstable for High Use devices.4. SMS were always hit and miss. The customer may or may not get them.5. There Voice TIWML scripts always had a high failure rate. If you build a script the speak command did not always talk or it sounded under water.5. There is no such thing as Anti-Fraud protection. In one day our SIP Trunk inbound had numbers calling in and showed 50 calls each at 3 hours, which accumulated over $3,000 in fees. Even though the account balance had no money available they just kept accumulating and Twilio's response was it was our system. However the calls never made it to or from our system. Even our fail-over provider did not have any issues from the unknown numbers.After this last instance, I am finally fed up with their crap, horrible support and unreliable network. We are up and moving to a new service.Always have redundancy as this will prove your company cares about its customer base. This is what our company has and getting rid of Twilio will be cost-effective and the sensible thing to do.

Proper confused by the reviews. I've had an account with Kraken for 4 years now, and literally never once had any issue or hiccup, deposits are borderline instant, withdrawals happen within 30 minutes now. Support has always answered my questions within 24hrs.Crypto purchasing and withdrawing has also been perfect, being able to whitelist and GSL your account is a massive peace of mind on a daily basis.I guess everythings OK until it's not, but they've been great to me.

I placed an order on Farfetch, expecting to receive a high-quality, beautiful item as shown on their website. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different — a poorly made, unattractive item that looked nothing like what was advertised. I returned it immediately.Farfetch received my return on May 2nd, but to this day, they have not processed my refund. I tried reaching out multiple times via email, but received no response. Yesterday, I even had a call with one of their representatives, who promised to follow up and provide feedback on the status of my refund. However, nothing has happened since then.At this point, it feels like I’ve simply been ignored and left without my money. Very disappointing experience for a company of this level.

Nope we are talking recipes for traditional food dishes... They deny to come up with any explanations - I have contacted them several times and they don't come up with anything!

I recently ordered 5 items from here and they are all fake, counterfeit items. This app is full to the brim with scammers. One person deleted their account immediately after sending my item so I had to contact Depop directly for a return. The only reason, and I mean, only reason that I gave 2 stars is that Depop customer service team appears to have been helpful in returning the items and giving a refund. They also refunded me the shipping costs for return, I have been refunded for one item, still waiting on 2 refunds. I can only suggest don't be like me, and do your research first. Ask for more pictures if necessary, I made the mistake of trusting that people were selling genuine items as Depop claims to have rules in place, against selling counterfeit items.

Opened up a new business in the beginning of July and decided to bank with PNC. They turned us onto clover because they are partnered together somehow. They asked how much business we would be generating, so we gave them an estimate. At the end of July all of a sudden "we exceeded the number we gave them" and it sent up a red flag so the last card we ran was never deposited in our account. It's been three weeks..we have answered every question we possibly can and still no answers or no money!!! Impossible to get ahold of the person "you need to talk too" and they just want you to keep answering their questions. Worse customer service experience I've ever had.

I’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for a long time, but I’m extremely disappointed by how my account has been handled.My account is being closed due to my return activity, which I find incredibly unfair. As a customer, shopping online means I have no way to see or try the items in person. Many returns were due to sizing issues, inaccurate product descriptions, or poor quality — not because I wanted to return things for fun.I always followed ASOS’s return policy and returned items in perfect condition. Instead of supporting customers who genuinely try to find what works for them, ASOS is punishing them.I contacted customer service and asked for a review, but I received cold, automated responses with no real willingness to understand or help.It’s disappointing to be treated like a problem rather than a valued customer. I hope ASOS reconsiders how they handle return policies and loyal shoppers.

Wattpad is not secure.Had a PEDOFILE ask my son for videos etc.Do not let your kids under 18 download this app.I dont blame the app but it has become a gross place for pedofiles to pray on children.Reported the user and he is still active. Really!!!!!

OMG. Uniqlo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their stock levels are incorrect. The staff don’t care and go on the website and they will not give the telephone numbers for individual stores. The complaints procedures keep blocking you or throwing you back to the beginning. Don’t bother shop there. A store assistant said a lot of black guys like that jacket so they steal it. I was so stunned that by the time I got my head together I didn’t know what to do. I had no evidence and she said it to me because I amWhite and my son who is of mixed heritage was not with me. Thank goodness. Watch this space as it might just be an individual so I am going to Twitter ans everything I can before I say boycott the place. Peace and love
