QuickBooks helps a small business owner manage accounts easily and connect to multi-currency bank accounts (such as Wise) with minimal fuss. At the end of the year it's easy to produce a P&L statement and balance sheet for submission to HMRC and companies house. Whenever I don't know how to accomplish something or reconcile a problem the chat function and screen sharing work flawlessly and without a long wait. Very happy.

Don’t issue refunds then ignore you with managers disconnecting live chats. Been waiting for a refund for a year I have email correspondence from customer services agreeing to the fault refund never received the money. I have to go through live chat and they just disconnect me every time even the managers!

I bought some pants and since I was not sure about the size I ordered L and XL. The return policy was NOT CLEARLY STATED at the time of the purchase so I ended up having to pay 20 EURO to ship back the items that didn’t fit me. The nearest Uniqlo store is 5 hours away so buying online was my only real option..never again! And it’s such a pity because their items are so “basic” and good quality that I could wear them for several years if I could find the correct size without having to pay so much in return shipping.At least it should be stated more clearly from the beginning!

Ive used Ebay only a couple of times and it has worked okay. As long as you pre-check whom you are buying from.However I wish that the Ebay.DE would make it more friendly for non-germans since its basically the only site for EU customers.If I use .com I cannot filter euro sellers and thus fall within the EU tax.
Review of delta
What a shockingly terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at Orlando airport to face a melee to get bags tags (the machines would not respond to boarding passes and there was no-one on hand to help many frustrated customers). Customers were then faced with a huge slow moving queue to check bags in with a poor Delta employee sweating whilst dealing with already aggravated customers. Once arriving at the gate customers' experience was made worse by utter chaos: inaudible announcements (made via a tannoy system), customers stressed and on standby, travellers being hoarded onto the plane in a last minute panic (generated by the Delta staff themselves). Upon boarding the plane the experience only worsened - the Delta economy seats lean forward so that your back is put under immediate strain, there's less leg room than on short haul European Flights and the plane felt old and tired. The meals were luck laster for 1 of our party and 4 of our party were unable to have any meal at all: we have dietary restrictions which were booked in advanced and not delivered (meaning no meal for myself and 3 of my children for all 9 hours of our flight). Despite all of this and putting on a smile we were faced with obnoxious (probably overworked and tired) cabin staff who were rude, short, unhelpful and seemed in a huge rush to sit down for most of the flight. To summarise we felt like herded cattle at best / cannon fodder at worst. We 100% regret flying with Delta - Virgin Atlantic are about 100000000000000 x better than this horrendous experience (for perspective we'd much rather have flown with Ryanair)..
