Depop is a terrible company

Depop is a terrible company -- hard to use, weird way of listing items, and almost non-existent customer service. I signed up as seller, sold one item, and was unable to set up my bank account to get paid using my PC. Three messages to CS and every one has told me how to set it up on the app even though I keep saying I don't want to use the app! There should be a warning when you sign up that using the app is necessary. I deleted all my items and will not be back as a seller.

Using this app to record the visitors at my website. Unfortunately, most of the sessions are not recorded, whatever the settings are saved.. Moved to another provider recently and will try HotJar again in the future if these issues will be fixed.

I've been on Fiverr since 2020 and recently completed 5 orders from 4 different clients, all fully satisfied with my work. Despite the positive reviews, my success score remains stuck at 4. This has prevented my level from upgrading, even though all other metrics are in place. It’s discouraging when recent efforts and client satisfaction don’t reflect in the system. Fiverr has great potential, but I hope it improves fairness for consistent sellers.

Charged me for a membership I don't need (sneakily with a £1 intro offer and then £49.99 renewal). Cancelled it immediately and contacted support but they refuse to refund it! Ridiculous policy for a large company.

Subscribing is a nightmare for me.

Credit to the content. On that I would give them a high number of stars - but by God, when trying to sign in using your google account, it's a major pain in the ass. I have been trying now for FIVE days to subscribe and their service keeps telling me I can't log in using my Google account - and then tells me to try again - which I have been doing for FIVE days. Yes, I contacted support, and they stated I can now access their service. So, I tried. No - still locked out. They get one star because I cannot rate it any lower.

Failed to deliver, charged massive fees to the value of the order and after discussing the failed service, would not refund me. I will NEVER use DOOR DASH AGAIN. What a scam. I seriously advise you DO NOT USE this company. No accountability, no Empathy, just a money grab behind an App that fails.

TERRIBLE lead time for delivery!…

I ordered a Cuisinart hand blender on 11.14.23 for expected delivery on 11.20.23. The “expected “ delivery continues to change and is now estimated at 11.23.23. How does it take nine (9) days to deliver a small product!? No wonder they filed BK. Their transportation and shipping models have not changed and their long lead times will be their demise once again.I’ll never order from this company again!

I only needed Zoom for one month

I only needed Zoom for one month. Nobody asked me if I wanted to continue, but they charged me anyway — without a warning. I didn’t use the service, asked for a refund, and got a cold copy-paste reply saying it’s “non-refundable.”Felt more like a trap than a service. Really disappointed.

I placed an order with Macy's online I was given a delivery date I received one package order 2 tryed to find the other package I was told it was sent to a UPS Store I contacted Macy's and was given the runaround person I spoke with tell me her name was Ella she then advise me that the package will be delivered the next day after 1 did not receive my package call again spoke with an Ann who is very rude that's someone sign for the package and it was delivered I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none was available then was hung up on call back spoke with a jay I then was told I had to go to another little town to pick up my package if I wanted it if not I have to wait 7 to 14 days for a refund ask to speak with a supervisor she said she was the supervisor was told that I needed to go to the other town to pick up my package if I wanted it rude inconsiderate customer service I will never shop online Macy's ever again
