We booked for 2 nights thru VRBO. Had to get a hotel for 1 night at $200 as we had no where to stay after VRBO's mistake.. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service. No response but essentially " sorry..our bad." We walked into someone's home with the code for front door of apt complex, then front door to apartment. It was someone's home. We scared them and they felt threatened henceforth threatened us. In a town near our home in NY a person was shot and killed for going up the wrong driveway! This could have been a dangerous situation and a major legal situation for VRBO. We could only stay 1 night instead of 2 as the only hotel we could book at late notice was dirty and uncomfortable. So a special family weekend, my Daughter's college graduation, was irrevocably changed by your irresponsibility. To not offer any compensation will just prove your poor

I have had nothing but great experiences with Urban outfitters. I love their clothes and they were super easy to communicate my issues with, when I had a problem. Well about a week ago I made a purchase, but the website didn’t process my actually purchase. However Afterpay did process it and charged me. So I talked to about three customer service reps at urban outfitters, hoping they would contact after pay because I’ve had them do that before. I wanted my purchase canceled since the website failed to process it, and now I’m going to be charged every two weeks for nothing. I’ve given them days, and talked to multiple people and nothing has been done about the situation. I was going to reorder once they fixed the problem but now two items I wanted are sold out. It’s such a shame because it’s my favorite place to shop. This whole hassle has just been harder than it needed to be. I’m quite disappointed.

Would rate it a zero if I could. We decided to order pizza pizza. We ordered it on the phone and it was really hard to understand the person and when we finally got our pizza. They gave us nine pizzas slices and we ordered an extra-large. We got the pizza, opened the box and the cutting on the pizza was horrible.

PayPal is a bunch of crooks who allow fake merchants to use their platform to process payment from fake websites. I provided them screenshots of the fraudulent merchant using their service to process payments for an item I’m clearly going to never get. Merchant oddmanrikjs59@hotmail used fake WayFair platform to sell ghost items. WayFair is another crooked entity I can say a lot about. Invoice for my order clearly had wWayFair logo on it but WayFair had no record of my order # I received from fake WayFair site, which was processed through PayPal. Now everyone is acting like they don’t know what is going on. It seems like they are all in cahoots to rip off the consumer. Never will I trust anything associated with PayPal. Denying claims knowing that fraudulent merchants are using their site to process their payments. Never will I recommend PayPal to anyone not even my worst enemy.

It’s a racist group of hotel. If there is any issues, they are not doing anything except keeping you wait so that you give up and don’t call anymore. I had a racism issue and a couple other problems and they refused to solve. They shared my information with the racist hotel manager in Houston (Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Energy Corridor-W Oaks, an IHG Hotel) and putting my life in danger by sharing my information with racist and discriminator hotel management. It’s simply a scam company that charges for IHG membership and do nothing.

Non existent customer service. I booked via telephone to stay at the HIE Leith Walk for 10 adults. Had confirmation, payment taken, great. When we arrived (after flying from South Wales), we gave the postcode to taxi driver and ended up ad HIE Leigh Waterfront, a good trek from where we were meant to be. I spoke to the hotel manager and he advised me to call customer relations which I did. Well you can’t call it customer relations, more like customer doesn’t matter. They were not interested in helping in any way whatsoever and when I asked for a supervisor I was told he was the supervisor and then I asked for a manager he was manager all of a sudden and started getting very aggressive on the call. I said this was IHG agents error and not ours, also we had 4 adults who cannot walk far so needed to be in the centre. Still didn’t want to know at all. I then spoke to James again (duty manager at the wrong hotel) and he spoke to customer relations who were basically telling him they aren’t going to help and it’s his issue as we were stood there and not theirs. James was fantastic and couldn’t recommend him more. He checked availability and there wasn’t enough for us all at the original hotel, however there was at HIE Royal Mile. He then liaised with the manager at that hotel and was able to get us booked in there for the same cost and number of rooms etc and then refunded us from his hotel, which meant his figures would be down due to the incompetence of customer services which was then something else he would have to try and resolve himself. None of this was James’ fault or problem, yet he was the only one who actually cared and got a resolution. I would highly recommend the HIE Leith Waterfront and also HIE Royal Mile as the staff and hotels are fantastic, however I would call and book directly with hotel and AVOID IHG DIRECT AT ALL COSTS!I would not recommend IHG at all and will never use them again.
