Room given was overlooking a dirty roof with a noisy generator. Finally moved only to wake up early the following morning and slipped on a soaking wet bathroom floor due to leaking tap. I hurt my back and spent time moping this up with available towels. Went to reception before leaving for the day and told them of the situation, not one person asked if I was ok even though I said i had a bruise across my back.I Was advised it would be sorted by maintenance before I returned.When I arrived back at 8pm it hadn't been done. Maintenance knocked on my door at 8.30 and told me they couldn't fix it that night. Spoke duty manager on reception who told me my options were to pack up and move (at 9pm at night) or live with it. I was then dismissed with a card for me to email him to complain?? Sory had we not just done that? I spent the night in a wet room, walking across soaking wet towels to use the bathroom and scared to use the bathroom. The lights didn't work properly and you couldn't have bedside lights on without having all lights on, which flickered. I paid £230 a night to stay in this 2 star hell. There was 2 teabags, 2 sugars and 2 coffees for the whole 2 night stay. When I spoke to another manager to ask for this to be looked into I was advised they would do so ... I am still waiting. Videos taken of leaks and wet floors. My back is still sore and bruisenot one ounce of concern shown by any staff member....... so now going to contact a solicitor with my injuries. Something which could have ben avoided if som care ad consideration ad been shown, Awful stay, would not recommend, won't return and have left feedback to all followers on my site ..... to big a company to give a damn... Absolutely disgusting!!!Paid £150 through this dreadful company for a stay in Ibiza Arrived at the hotel in Ibiza, when checking in the hotel would NOT deduct the payment from Expedia!!We had to pay the full amount at the hotel which limited our spending money for our holiday which took us nine months to save for.Upon returning and speaking with Expedia, There is nothing we can do , and are not giving us our money back!!Absolute awful company, I’ve never seen so many BAD reviews on here ever!!!Stay clear of this shower of shit!!!

FULL DATA RECOVERED OFF A HARD DRIVEHonestly the bad reviews are baffling, I feel bad for Seagate, they've been so lovely to me! In my experience, they've been nothing but extremely professional and informative throughout the whole process, from the quote request, to the constant update portal notifications, to the data being returned back to me. I even got a complimentary 2TB hard drive for my data even though I selected the cloud storage option as it was cheaper! It was quick, fairly priced for 1TB of data recovery and professional throughout.Well done Seagate! I will use you again without hesitation, thank you so much for getting me my data back!

Hotel.com misrepresented the hotel room. They stated there were three beds when there was a bed and a sleeper sofa. The hotel would not change the room but brought up a mattress and put it on the floor. Hotel.com would not support the misrepresentation of the website and would not help us get the $550/night room we paid for.

All 4 player has to be the worst catch up player ever, sometimes programme just freezes and you have to start again going through all the same adverts again, it doesn't fast forward properly either.Other times you watch through an adverts and it jumps back to the start of the programme and you have to try and fast forward to where you left off.I am currently watching Berlin Station but this player makes it so frustrating, once the series is over I will never use All4 player again

Bought a HP6132e All-in-One printer for my niece. I unpacked it and followed what was described as quick set up I found it would not stay connected to the Wi-Fi and when it was connected couldn’t get it to print, I spent 2 hours on the phone to HP technical with no results. Eventually decided that the printer was faulty so took it back and replaced it for another one, got this one to connect to the Wi-Fi and stay connected but once again it would not print, also the app would not finish the setup on my phone so couldn’t print from there either. So after another 1 1/2 hours on the phone with HP technical we got no further. In desperation I took it back and got a Canon printer which installed and worked first time with no problem, also despite being told HP technical would ring me back no phone call materialised so it would seem they don’t have much faith in there printers. I will never buy another HP Printer again

One of the worst customer service ever seen.. i've been bounced around 10 different people for the past months.. nobody giving a solution on a bug that doesn't allow my subscription to be changed (upgraded by the way... which is absurd.. they don't even let us pay more for it!!)The software is nice and useful as you can read in most reviews, but I wish I would have seen the reviews about customer service before I got my business and team onto Notion.Terrible. Terrible. What a headache! What a regret!
