Review of anthropologie
I'd hoped Anthropologie Customer Services had improved recently but I think my hope might have been premature...I am UK based (England) and in the event of returning goods purchased online, the law states that retailers must refund within 14 days of return of the goods. - That is an obligation not an option.Whilst Anthropologie is intent on repeatedly citing their policy of refunding "within 28 days", this simply does not remove the contractual obligation to refund the consumer within 14 days of return. It beats me how Anthropologie has the resources to pay CS agents to quarrel on issues they clearly don't grasp rather than simply process a refund for returned goods. I'd much prefer to resolve the matter amicably but I'm prepared to refer the matter to trading standards if necessary. There is no good reason for a reputatable retailer to withhold a refund.It may be the case that URBN can remain legally compliant by refunding within a 28 day window in other territories but that is not the case here.
