I cancelled my free subscription the same day it started. The program didn´t work for me and I didn´t want to be charged. Seven days later I was charged despite cancelling the service the same day as starting. When I complained about the billing, I was dismissed by a bot saying no refunds after the trial period ends. Then it made me confirm cancellation 4 times before cancelling.
Review of evernote
"One moment while we get back to work." This is the message I've been getting while trying to access the information I stored on Evernote. Don't make the mistake to keep your important info only on Evernote, because when you mostly need it, you may not be able to access it.I use Linux Fedora.PS: when it works, it's a good software, the best I've found around so far.
Review of dell
My laptop’s HDD died out of nowhere one day. It was still just barely under warranty, so I tried to order a free replacement one that they OFFERED. For whatever reason, some error occurred and they couldn’t send me a new hard drive. So, since I didn’t want to spend $60 on a new one myself, I decided to send it in for free repairs despite my better judgment. When I got it back two entire weeks later, I was fuming. They replaced my screen, my SSD (wiping everything), my keyboard, my touch pad, pretty much everything EXCEPT for the HDD, which was THE ONE THING that needed to be replaced. Absolutely incompetent and terrible support. I bit the bullet after getting screwed over and bought the damn HDD myself. It took me 5 minutes to replace. I’m never contacting company tech support again.
