It is very hard to find out how google works, for example google ads, I did try and payed but no idea how it worked, no insights in the results. Also google reviews, they decide what you can see by algoritme. If you have a business and people ask friends to make fake reviews, it's almost impossible to get them out of your reviews.

ASSAULT!!!!! Beware...After a four night stay in Avid Ashland Virginia with my wife, I was literally ASSAULTED by none other than their front desk clerk for daring to ask the intolerable question whether a fifth night would be the same rate as the previous four nights. Upon asking the question, the clerk immediately blew a circuit. When I asked for his manager, he blew, yet, another circut. When the manager appeared from around the corner with the clerk, she was already trying to hold him back from attacking me. I was shocked! I asked her what in the world is going on with him and if anything I was asking was unreasonable. She told me, "Dont you worry about him, Sir." The manager was, indeed, able to honor the previous nights rates simply by applying my senior discount. All seemed well, for a moment. At that point, I did attempt (underscore attempt) to inquire to the clerk, seeking a civilized explanation, as to why all the drama, and whether what the manager had just done for me was really that dificult. Also, that no guest should be treated this way. Before I could get the first couple of words out, he immediately bolted from around the counter to where I was standing and assaulted me. I (not the hotel) had to call the police and file a report. The police reviewed the video and told me there's no doubt I'd been assaulted and that I was well within my rights to file actual assault charges. I probably will. What's worse, the manager, who had to pull the clerk off of me during the assault, was not the least bit apologetic, only made excuses and even implied that I deserved it for daring to "attempt" toquestionher clerk. After the attack, she asked that I should leave. Fine with me. But she was absolutely insistant that I leave while her now deranged employee was out in the parking lot ranting and raving. This, after she heard him threaten, more than once, that he would meet me outside for a fist fight. Needless to say, I stayed put until the police arrived. Now I ask you, what kind of hotel manager would care so little about the safety of one of their guests having just wittnessed an assault by one of their own employees seconds earlier? Overall, the distinct impression I got from both staff and managment was this was just another day, another episode from this employee. And that it was I that should have know better than to "attempt" to question a staff member with such a short fuse. I do not know what ever became of this employee. Although, immediate dismisssal would be a normal policy for most any company in a case like this, it's not for me to say what disciplinary action the hotel should take. But, given the reaction I got from this exceedingly poor manager, my guess is that he's still employed there. A truly surreal experience. Needless to say, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Content was well presented and interesting, with the video interviews adding a personal element which was refreshing. The homework assignments were mostly designed to cement some of the key concepts, although the scoring system support needs improvement. The discussion forums also added an interesting dimension to the topics.

But still nothing, how is that even possible.
