Bail out on this one. There are some changes happening with Newegg that have left a sour taste in my mouth between shipping charges being increased and horrific return policies/Issues. Just look at their stock… eek. I’ll stick to Amazon, because of the simplicity no reason to mess around with these boneheads. Not to mention no support for US military, first responders, or students. What happened to you Newegg?

My issue was corrected more or less by the hand with screenshots and back and forth conversations. I have been with other host providers and the support was not even close unless i paid for it. Namecheap has been around the block for many years, and there is a reason for that. Appreciate the support...Top Notch!!

1. Macys stole my $25 credit, and wouldn’t let me use it for my purchase. They said it would take two weeks to send me a check. There was no explanation for why they just took it for no reason.2. Customer Service doesn’t speak English well. So they kept making errors with my email. Couldn’t shop online, so I had to keep using customer for purchases3. Bought Nike clothing, every single thing I bought had to be returned, because it was tiny. It’s obvious The clothes are made in China and cheap. Never again will I order on Macys app 👎

I've been using my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Laptop for over 4 months now and I can say that for $650 that laptop is great. I upgraded mine to a 24GB DDR4 Ram and 512GB SSD. I really don't play games but I develop both games and Software it is perfect to carry my system anywhere I go and have that type of screen.

This is a fantastic convenient all around service! I’ve used it vigorously to book everything in Istanbul and Cappadoccia, fromTours, Hammam, car rides, museums etc and have not bumped in to any major problems so far. They forward everything to the companies and someone contacts you prior to your event through WhatsApp messages in which you can communicate with them. Some includes hotel drop off and pick up. Everyone is very welcoming even though some of them do not speak much English. I’ve never been let down by any tour operator. Prices are reasonable and relatively cheaper than paying at the door. You can switch your schedule to different days easily or cancel your bookings without problems. It’s really helped me to plan things without having the fuss of arranging things individually myself. Customer service normally replies within 0-3hrs.

I used GetYourGuide for a tour of the Galleria Borghese and they were excellent. The online booking was easy, the app had all the info and the contact person checked in on the morning of the tour. The guide was with CityWalkers and she was phenomenal. If you love art history and can get Paola as your guide, you won’t be disappointed. She is super passionate and incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I called in with a minor issue, my thumb log in was not working, had not been working for a day or two, I asked for it to be repaired. Considering I paid for top of the line premium support should have been no problem. 3 hours later I lost my entire hard drive. The agent who was helping me told me to simply find a local tech to try and save my data, she explained after all that, they do not backup data nor create a restore point. Now considering what was being asked of her was simple I would not have thought this could have happened. Bottom line I lost all, had she asked me to create a restore point or do a backup before all this nothing would have been lost, nothing should have been lost because other than the thumbprint login there was nothing wrong with my system.To say I’m a little upset is mild, I’ve been a loyal Dell user for years but after this experience I will not only seek another manufacturer for my computer but find any loud voice by beginning to write poor reviews about how things were handled.After all this I was told someone would call me at 2pm on Tuesday full 3 days later for what I don’t know because I would hope she would have done all possible to help me and felt she did not, rather ruined my system and all my data was lost. Again my system was performing optimally other than the thumbprint login!It's now 04/05/2022Same issue with same computer, now I got it back as they had to bring it in to their shop. Problem still exists after returning to me, it's now been 3 times my system has been wiped and I've been using my old system since this one that I paid almost $4,000 for still having to be wiped. I paid for premium service and nothing has worked, I sent them pictures of how the fan failed temporarily the system got so hot it would not turn on this is after their department sent it back supposedly fixed. Still no satisfaction, I also paid for premium support but no satisfaction.Hector

Ordered 3 items and all appeared successful. Email 1: order cancelled - 1 of the 3 items leaving 2 remaining. Email 2: order cancelled - 2nd of 3 items leaving 1 remaining. One of the 3 items ordered arrived.10% discount offered as apology not great, would have rather had money off next order.

Hello, I got these 1 month ago and they did work until the battery died and wasn't charged for few days after that Bluetooth didn't work on the actual ear buds even after speaking to google technical advisor for 50min (tried everything) and bare in mind this is not my fault I haven't even dropped them.. but I was told to send them back, which means I have to take my time of the day to do so when I didnt break it and am a paying customer, this corporate way of dealing with customers is a stressful experience (I have diagnosed ADHD and Autism) luckily I have them fairly in order and can live a fairly good life until I come across this new world system where everyone is a number and not a personI will tell you how it should be done in my opinion - If and only if its not my fault you send the new ones and when they get here I pass the old ones to the delivery driver... and not me having to do all the paperwork and effort totime to move on to new better brands walk to post office etc..also Google Pixel 6a (just bought it) is also very slow with processing and every time I turn the camera on it shuts down. guess that's my fault too eh ?
