Bought an Alienware X17-R1. Less than 3 month old, having problems with blinking screen every 5 seconds. Called tech support multiple times, all they did was send a technician with another hard drive, now Laptop is not connecting to internet. They won’t refund your money, now they want to exchange every part that comes out with problems instead of issuing the refund or exchange it for another new laptop. Don’t buy this junk, you are aware! By the way, I’m not the only one. Check how many 1 star review. Buy something else!

I was on a call with Customer Support, they put me on hold, and after 45 minutes of making me wait, they hung up. I called again, told the next person about it, they didn't apologize or offer anything for a poor experience. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to help me, after making me wait again for 20 minutes.

This has severely impacted my ability to work, especially as I am starting a role at the World Bank where LinkedIn is a crucial networking tool.
