DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!! This is a fraudulent website full of fraudulent sellers. I placed three orders with three different sellers and have had problems with all three. One book didn't show up at all. For another order, the seller sent a book with a different ISBN. And for the third order, I bought it new but was sent a heavily used copy. There is no recourse, and no way to evaluate the sellers. There is also zero customer service at Abe Books. I can send the book back, but highly unlikely I will get my money back. An absolute and complete scam!!!! How disgraceful to take advantage of students like this. I sincerely hope they get shut down and soon before anyone else is scammed.

Hulu is unable to provide a working login experience. Every time that I need to log in, I need to call Hulu and reset my password multiple times. Their customer service asks invasive and rude questions. They offer add-ons for other services that they do not actually provide access to, and then they will only refund up to one month for paid services not rendered.

Hulu + Disney services are terrible on English Subtitles Translations. They use AI system and it’s not synchronized at all with the actors voices on the tv shows and movies. There is no way you can enjoy the shows with this very big issue. I will stay with Netflix, Amazon Prime and VIKI. Those streaming services are reliable for the money I pay. Hulu + Disney streaming services will give you a headache if you are watching a show that needs subtitles. I just canceled my subscription.

8 unathorized charges were taking out of my bank account by Facebook. My bank conformed it is a Facebook scam. I contacted Facebook and they said it was Apple and to contact them. LOL. The charges were not taken by Apple so how can it be Apple? Facebook did not want to ask that question. Thankfully my bank reimbursed me all the money.

For a company where you expect the best, you are left feeling disappointed.Order was dispatched late. In fact said it was dispatched but UPS (also completely awful) didn’t get the parcel till 2 days later.UPS then held it. GoPro customer services, whilst nice, are useless. Said it would be delivered that day but was still at the main warehouse. Arrived late and damaged.They also control the market with their subscription pricing meaning other retailers can’t compete so you really do have to stick with buying direct.

I highly recommend to not even bother wasting your time with this company. I have gone through about four 1 TB external hard drives each costing roughly sixty dollars. each and every one of them began making a scratching noise and would refuse to work. Built cheap and sold pricy.

Delta Airlines do not honor military travelers. On June 3 My daughter traveled with two babies and they charged her $600 dollars for her luggage. Even though she was on orders the unprofessional lady at the counter did not ask is she was on military orders. I have sent several emails for Delta rep to contact me and they say it will take them 30 days to get back to me. Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly.

I called the customer service to address a wrong charge and the customer service advisor was so rude. She talked over me all through and hung up when she was done. This made me extremely sad as nobody should be spoken to or treated in that manner, especially since I wasn't rude to her. I was treated like trash and made me even question if it was my accent that pissed her off. This isn't a right way to treat customers.
