My husband and I have always supported our GP practise, Churchtown Medical Centre, and we were aware that it struggled post covid but oh my word, it is more than back on track. In the past few weeks both of us have received top quality service and care from our doctor and been fast tracked for treatment. The Surgery is clean and organised with friendly staff, they have have one of the best online set ups I have used and we both feel we are in good hands and are very proud that we belong to this practise. My doctor was so welcoming and friendly and gave me the best outcome with little fuss and delay. Top marks CMC!

APARTMENT BOOKED WITH AIRBNB!! Euro parcs’s on Airbnb DO NOT TRUST!! We got SCAMMED!! Left DISTRAUGHT, STRESSED AND STRANDED!! Me and my 3 friends booked a holiday and a two day event that completely got turned upside down a soon as we landed. Euro parcs’s was supposed to give me the checkin information on the day of arrival from the AM to the PM there was no response after several messages of me requesting the information. We landed in Amsterdam completely clueless and stranded on where to go! I tried messaging again and phoning but there was no answer at that point we all went into panic mode, please keep in consideration me and 1 other guest has AUTISM this was my first holiday abroad without my career/mum as with the other guests. I was then on the phone to air bnb for over 2 hours in the airport completely DISTRAUGHT, the STRANDED feeling was the most awful thing in the world and puts us all off travelling ever again!! The First Lady on the helpline didn’t help and didn’t call me back as she promised. The second man on helpline didn’t help either and seemed as he didn’t understand or care about the situation It wasn’t before hours of me panicking and crying once I started having a panic attack on the phone and pass the line over he finally started looking for places. Places that we could only be accepted if the host was awake at 12am!! I had the worst meltdown I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all. We didn’t get to go to the events, the days we had planned we was left so TRAUMATISED and in a completely different location. If it wasn’t for a kind lady on this app that answered me and was awake at such early hours of the morning we would have all slept on streets in and entire different country. We wasted so much money on cabs as our pre booked was cancelled and no use. Finally home now and had a moment to process what has happened to us all and some what hopefully warn someone so it doesn’t happen to them.
