Had issues with the course I signed up to but it was impossible to contact anyone. Left messages on the course forum but no response. Was told I had failed the assignment but I couldn't explain that the feedback left by other course members was incorrect. Now one month later with me having no interaction with the course they have charged me the course fee. For something I have not used. I still have no idea how to contact them.

I just wanted to share some praise for this company as their costumer service was fantastic!This review is for asus.com (UK).I had a monitor that went faulty after 3 months, they gave me a replacement that was also faulty with a dead pixel. I gave it one more chance for a fault-free product and it was worth it. Now my 2nd replacement is flawless and I love this monitor :)*I just have to say that the time was not an issue for me so I didn't mind waiting for this to get sorted :)Special thanks to Lewis_S from their customer support team. :)Kindest regards,Botond

Edited a couple of documents on the free trial, 20 minutes of use, later charged £81 for a year subscription. No refunds given. I'm a bit of a fool for not cancelling the trial on time, but, If I don't want the service, surely they won't just take my money for nothing? Because that's what criminals do! Turns out.. yes, they are content with that. Luckily my bank protects against criminal activity, (it actually specifies free trial scams) check if yours does too and don't let smallpdf continue in their very polished CON.
