The IRS is trash. I paid an enormous tax bill on time for them to come back and tell me I owe $3000 more!!?? I want to know where they get these numbers. So you try to call, no one answers. Go online, their website is awful. Money grubbing thieves. They just make something up and tell you to pay it. And then when you don’t they charge you interest. 🙄🙄 As if I don’t get taxed out the ass every single day to this is this hell hole. Someone do something about this!!!!

I have an Apple Card with Goldman Sachs. I have an installment loan for an Apple Watch that is charged to my card every month. They have withdrawn $89 dollars from my account, but not as a charge, just removing it from my balance and they have not applied it to my installment loan. Therefore stealing $89 from my account. Now they have changed the amount that I have paid. So instead of my loan page showing that I paid $234 dollars towards my loan, which it has shown for months, from 2/22-5-22. It now, as of June 1, 2022 says I’ve only paid $179. Bringing the total amount of money they have stolen from me to $120. They also extended the terms of my loan by three months for no reason. My final payment was scheduled for 5/23 and now the system has it scheduled for 8/23. So if I do not hear from anyone, Goldman Sachs will steal a total of $180 from me over the course of my loan. I have called day after day for months on end beginning on March 1, 2022. I have worked with at least 10 different supervisors, 15 different reps and NO ONE HELPS ME!!!!! I have filed disputes, complaints and NOTHING!!!! Every person who I speak with I have to start from square one… there is no consistency of help and I have wasted over 20 hours on the phone with no result. I need someone to contact me who is above the position of supervisor and can resolve this issue ASAP!! It has been almost 4 months of me calling almost daily with NO HELP!!! Every month Goldman Sachs steals more money from me and it is unacceptable!!

I've used GOG for years at this point and I've thoroughly enjoyed my interactions. I appreciate the wide variety of older games, usually at pretty decent prices, and the option to find non-DRM games is welcome as well.The few times I needed to interact with their tech support/customer service weren't always perfect, but it did feel like the team was trying to help, even if things didn't go smoothly.I generally buy most of my games from Steam for convenience, but I have absolutely no reservations about grabbing something off GOG if it's cheaper or easier.

Appalling customer service/loyalty. Ordered a bundle with estimated delivery time 1-3 days, then advised after placing order it would take 5-8 weeks to arrive. Asked if customer service would mind sending me the items separately given the issue was at their end - only to be refused point blank. Zero flexibility, zero customer service, zero customer loyalty.

I found this app quite easy to use. However, after subscribing to Duolingo Supreme I was not able to log in as it did not have a record of my email address even though I got email notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times trying to continue my lessons but to no avail. I even used several email accounts and the same thing happened. Google Play was incredible in sending me a refund.

I have 1000mb/s internet and mostly get around 30download and 1-3upload.I have already tried doing literally and customer support is awful,they always tell you the same thing that doesnt work.And also its pretty common that the internet doesnt work at all.Just a ***** company in general dont buy anything from them because the quality is terrible.

Messaged on facebook to get an auto 'we don't have time for you response'.Like the previous reviewer, I think that if you are going to unleash major changes you need to give more warning to avoid complete disengagement from users. A more gradual rollout, like 5 free saves a day for a couple of months would have been better. Then a warning on the site that things would be changing soon then the 2 free saves a day. A drip, drip approach avoids completely alienating people who have been used to a better level of free service.2 free saves and you have to pay with zero warning is a bit over the top.I totally understand the need to charge as nothing comes for free and websites cost money to run. I have no problem paying a reasonable fee, but as someone in the UK I don't want to sign up to pay in Euros as this may cost me more with my bank. Can't you offer an option to sign up in pounds as otherwise you are basically locking UK users out and turning them off completely.Also when I tried resaving and saving as webp, it all messed up today...In the meantime thankfully I've found and switched over to Photopea. I would be happy to pay to use Pixlr if you fix the above, otherwise I won't be engaging with it unless no other options
