The WORST customer service out of any store I have ever shopped at in my life! Both online and in store! They offer promotions and sales, but won’t take items back after 60 days! Don’t offer sales then! Every single time I’ve returned something they act as if they have to personally pay for the product! They have horrible attitudes, management and staff! Whenever there’s a nice one, they aren’t there long… probably because of all the rude jerks that work there! If it wasn’t so convenient to my home I would pick Sephora every day of the week! I can be having the best day, but if I go in that store then it’s ruined! I can’t even express just how horrid and rude they are! I’ve been Diamond ($1200+ Per year) for over 5 years…. I suppose because I’m an idiot! this nasty manager today would not take a return for $28 with a receipt because it was over 60 days even though I’d used 1/2 inch of the shampoo. I’ve had my dad die, covid run rampant through my family, and other stuff to deal with where returning a shampoo wasn’t at the top of my list! This brand/store is a disgrace! I’m using up my reward points and I will NEVER shop here again! I don’t care how close it is to my house! Your training is trash! So well done manager Rachel in 4S commons for your pompous attitude and ignorance over a measly $28 return … you’ve just cost your company a couple of thousand! Avoid them like the plague! I hate this store!

I'm paying $105 per month for high speed nbn. I'm receiving 2 Mbps. That's not a typo. Nbn came out and replaced the nbn box, but nothing changed. Every time I contact telstra they want me to reset the modem, tell them what colour the lights are and if the cables are connected correctly. All they're interested in is sticking to a script and hoping I'll fix it for them.This is Australia. We should expect better, but we've been conditioned to accept less.How they have such a high score on most reviews is beyond me.

I cannot praise LinkedIn enough; 1) For the support they have given during Lockdown. 2) The promptness of their responses whenever I raised a query. And 3) The great advice they gave when I enquired how best I could adapt the platform to my business. I see a whole bunch of others slating them - and their criticisms may be justified, I can't know - but for a Company the people behind the business cannot be surpassed.
