HP has the worst after-sales service. My brand new omnibook didn't charge when I bought it in January this year (I wrote a separate review in February about my experience trying to get help). Long story short, from January to February I was trying to get help. Then in February, they sent a technician who doesn't understand the product and was not able to diagnose the problem. From February till May he was either diagnosing or waiting for some part to be shipped to him. For half the time during that period, he held on to my laptop. And when I last saw my laptop in April, it had scratches on the back. In May, today, I finally received a replacement unit. That too because I was ready to take serious actions through the appropriate channels.

Great idea and works (more or less) in most cases.I love using a one place to listen to different radio stations and even podcasts. Variety and quality is here.Implementation, though, lacks quite a bit.There are problems on WWW seeking through some podcasts.It's not possible to fast switch between favorites. There are always needed additional actions, like going back and scrolling through the list, again and again.Mobile app used to have a recording option, which got removed globally at some point.Terrible support.People (are they people?) at the support don't read with understanding and send back all the time generic messages that assume that I am an idiot, apparently.

Bought a stearns and foster mattress from them at the end of Feb. Paid for it in cash. Cancelled the order on Feb. 24 because the salesperson lied to me about the delivery date. Received an email that the mattress would be delivered in May. Will not receive a refund until March 18. The $25 delivery charge is not being refunded.

Actually most of agents are great and professional besides one, there is one representative agent that gives terrible service, don't know how they didn't get tones of complain about her.

There's no such thing as a better online marketplace concerning books, and the prices are, more often than not, unbeatable. Sure, the shipping takes a bit of time, but to be frank you should expect at least that considering what they offer. More things I appreciate are the detailed descriptions of used copies, the possibility to check the reviews of each and every reseller, the clean GUI and the brilliant customer support. Kudos to Abebooks, I've never had a issue with them. And if I did have them, they solved the matter instantly. Overwhelmingly satisfied.

I would like to give this organisation zero stars. I have been assured years ago I was deleted but I have kept receiving emails. I sent a request to be forgotten a couple of weeks ago but I have just received an email saying I have appeared in a search. But How? I do not exist, I cannot get in, how does this happen and what information are they holding on me? I am contact the UK ICO as I am really sick of this. An unrecognisable IG account has locked me out of my personal FB account for two months. I have tried everything to gain access. There support seems non-existent. The small interactions I have had unsypathetic to the problem, which seems a vulnerability on their side. I cannot appeal using their link as I dont have access to the IG account that is causing this suspension. Not only that I have 88 days to complete or my account will be forever closed. Almost 20 years worth of contacts, photos, memories, business pages, groups, data all gone. I am livid with Metas lack of support for an issue I have not caused and their handling of this whole thing has made me anxious and suicidal.
