I have had a little trouble at the beginning since the software is in English and my clients do not speak English at all. Especially the registration forms should be defitely translated into each country's language. But the system works perfectly and it's very handy.It would not have been possible without the technical support to get through the first month though! Thank you to the fantastic Carmelina !!

I ordered storage bags from ikea. They got delivered to a shop near. When i went to collect them the shop wanted id that i could not pruduce. So I went back home and rang ikea Peterborough i was not best pleased. Went back to the shop with id this time the woman at the counter said it was pdp being difficult. Got my bags returned home and rang ikea Peterborough again. Chap was very nice and promised me a £10 gift card. This gift card has never arrived. Just a shambles.

We ordered some bar stools that were on clearance for our first time ordering from Wayfair for my wife who is a teacher to use in her classroom. Within 3 weeks the price went down $28. I talked to Wayfair customer service via chat and phone and neither one would just adjust the total, instead they gave me a prepaid return label so I could ship back the 50 pound box on them and then I could buy another one with free shipping. That is really being smart....That costs Wayfair a lot of money in shipping and also causes the customer a lot of work to do that when it's something requiring assembly. After a lot of back and forth with their worthless customer service and both chat and phone support refusing to escalate to a supervisor, they did give me a 20% loyalty discount to avoid having to buy another one but it didn't cover the $28 difference, it was only $19. I will never buy from Wayfair again! That was my first and last purchase! I will stick with Amazon who stands behind their customers.

Don’t even bother. Terrible company to deal with. Missed the cancellation of the trial by a day and they will not provide any sort of refund. Their business model is loop you into needing to provide credit card information and then if you miss the deadline too bad for you. They must really need the money from the poor individuals who miss the deadline to keep their lights on. The program and their customer support isn’t worth a 7-day free trial let alone a paid for service. If you feel you must try this program, make sure you cancel in time and don’t get suckered out of money like a lot of us here.

Lost a customer! Been shopping here for about 5 years, I can’t believe they’re charging me for returns now, that wasn’t made clear at the point of sale. Very disappointed and won’t bother now I don’t live close to a store (you can’t even return online orders to store anyway, so you have no choice but to pay this).

To be clear this review is about the online shopping experience and is not a reflection on the quality of the products or any other service.Earlier this year Uniqlo updated their website. The new website is irritating at best and infuriating at its worst. The new layout makes it difficult to find what you're looking for. It seems at times to filter your results even though you haven't applied any filters (e.g. search for HEATTECH only returned results for bottoms and no tops even though no filters were applied). Pages take forever to load, sometimes timing out and needing to reload (no connection issues on my end as other sites load quickly with no issues). Uniqlo says this is due to high traffic but it happens ALL the time. They've said the new website is designed for mobile use - but it doesn't work for that either. Shopping via the app is also no better, and I hate having to download unnecessary apps.I'm noticing a trend with a lot of retailers creating websites that look great but with poor functionality for purchasing items. Uniqlo seem to be going down this route. Perhaps it's a sneaky way to drive more people into stores? However in-store shopping isn't an option when your nearest store is over two hours away.I used to shop via the website frequently. Now I give up because it is too frustrating and I don't have the time to waste waiting for pages to load properly especially when browsing.

I wanted to upgrade my seat to Delta 1; its impossible to 'talk' to anyone; it takes literally hours on the phone (local Dublin number rang for 3 hours & then cut off @ 5.00pm on the dot!! Hours trying to get hold of people in USA. Three very poor agents who either lied (flight is full / no seats available to being quoted €10,000). refusal to put me through to supervisors etc. Eventually, I did get through to a polite & professional person - who, guess what, was able to sort out my upgrade. The process with her took c. 45 minutes but she regularly checked in to keep me updated & reminded me that while she was trying to sort things out, she might not be able to. Eventually, we were done & even though I didn't ask for any sort of discount she had managed to waive some admin costs etc. I wrote to Delta back in November 2022 & received a reply today - 02 03 2023!! In the reply Delta were sorry that they couldn't offer a refund (that was never asked for) & that they were sorry that I didn't travel (I did)!! They banged on about 'customer service' being at the heart of all they do. In my reply today, I simply advised them to close their 'customer care' department as responding c. 3 months after the fact & not evening getting the basics right only further infuriates customers (& prompts them to write negative reviews -see trip advisor & google!!). Leave sleeping dogs alone!!FYI - that said the passage through dublin pre clearance & both ways @ JFK was excellent. The flights were good, excellent seating & excellent / attentive cabin crew service
